Unicorn Builds?

I run into typically 4 types of players in PVP - mostly in Cyrodiil and Imperial City:

1) Proc set Nightblade
2) Destro Ultimate Magblade bombers
3) Heavy armor "unkillable" DK and Templar
4) Shield-stacking, timed-burst Sorcerer

I know there are some of you out there who play differently - who really spice things up. What are your rare, unicorn builds that deviate from the norm?

First two fights I'm running a tanky light armor build, and in the Bruma clips I'm running a 2 handed light armor tanky build.

Watching it now. When you say tanky light armor, which sets are you using. I'm guessing armor master?

As a nightblade I do run differently I like 7th legion brute and spriggins with one piece klag and going heavy metal hunting

I've only just really got into pvp properly since the game released. Made a new character specifically for it. A 2H stam sorc medium armor build. I honestly thought that would be pretty standard, but I've barely seen any others in cyrodiil.

A mix of impregnable and wizard's riposte light/jewelry/weapons and either pirate skeleton or valkyn.

In the 2 hand fight I was using pariah+impregnable light.

I'm a light armour wearing max mag stacking magplar. I don't like meta builds too much either.

Tried to run my hybrid build yesterday, and it didn't perform like it used to before Proc sets became so prominent. Hybrids are in a terrible place right now imo.

Never share good/slightly OP builds. ZOS will hunt you with the nerf hammer ASAP

@Akinos do you mix traits on impregnable? Did run it in sturdy la on a magdk but then i changed to heavy and it just felt better.

Still my go to, below. I tried switching some stuff to make the build use only prisoners but that consistent speed from smugglers is like a drug I can't shake:

5pc Smugglers (backbar)
5pc Prisoners (main bar)
2pc valkyn.
Weave sprints in between your attacks. Hard to describe without a video. Swap to smuggler bar to pop that "sweet skooma speed drop", and swap back to keep a speedy offense up. You can use speed pots, run willpower/torugs with Prisoners too but I'm too poor to make stacks of speed immovable pots.

Essentially it gives Templar speed via sprint so you don't have to complain that a EoTS Zerg wiped your HA Templar using mist form. It's like trying to run in a NASCAR race on a cloud.

Switched back to vamp though. Mist form+ resto ultimate makes up for not running s+b and resto staff let's you Regen mag better on HA. I previously used two hander for forward momentum only but with dodge roll giving immunity, it's a wasted weapon bar. SD lower than if using willpower with another set, and really tanky builds are out of your killing range, but your speed will let you run circles around those builds so you can return the cheese back.

Oh, many actually. Having played the proc meta a bit got disinterested in being similar, and want to try more challenging builds.

Some combinations which worked better than others (stam sorc, 2h/bow):

1) heavy armour Alchemist/Spriggan/Kena 2pc or Bloodspawn 2pc. You will have resource issues, but in small group/bg can be fun.
2) medium armour Shacklebreaker/Spriggan/1pc random. Still learning it.

Stamsorc with destro staff. About 4k wep and spell dmg with 40k stam. Destro ulti caltrops steel tornado. Its nothing op just fun and decent dmg.

Seeing as everyone on this game gets salty when someone claims they thought of a build I thought I'd join in and fuel the fire.

Stam sorc in 7 medium (yes I get hit hard, bit I have fun!). 2h and bow. Can't wait to get vigor and rally instead of just momentum.
