Werewolf Quest never goes away even after quest completion

About 2 weeks ago I was a the werewolf shrine in Riften,got bit by another player,did the quest for Lycanthropy and thats it. Mind you before turning into a werewolf I was a lvl 10 maxed out vamp and even before that I had already maxed out my werewolf skill from months ago. So after getting bit and such I went to Rawl'ka to do some writs but I realize the NPC Thoreki was waiting there to give me the quest for Lycanthropy which I had already done. I thought if I do the quest again she would go away, but even after completing it again she was still at Rawl'ka and other major cities trying to give me the quest. Not even completing the quest again works. The Sanius Lupinus effect is still in my character screen as in I got bit but never did the quest. Im On the PS4 NA server on my cp252 Khajiit StamSorc. I dont know if people are getting this too,but I can basically go into the hunting grounds again and again if I wanted to. Thanks.

I received my first Werewolf Bite in October of 2016 and after taking the quest from Thoreki she also remained at the Way shrines offering me the quest. After searching for a solution I decided to cure myself and get another bite and start the quest again. That solved the issue on that character, but I have other character's where it worked as expected and some that had the same issue. Once again I have a new character that has this issue which caused me to look for a solution and find this unanswered post. I am confirming this is an issue and would like to see a response on a solution to fix ar acknowledgement that ZOS is aware.

I can confirm that this is real. I became a werewolf last week and afterwards the quest was offered again. I tried it, thinking it might go away but it seems I could just keep doing it. Everything seems to be working fine but for the npc offering the quest to me every time I am near. One thing though that caught my attention was that this quest in the compass was the color a repeatable quest is, so the question is, is this a repeatable quest? That would explain why it keeps appearing. Bug or no bug? (I play PC/EU)

i see her every time one of my ww characters uses the wayshrine in rawl k'ha.

This bug seems to occur only if you were bitten by player - no matter your level. One of my characters was bitten by player few months ago, and he was also seeing the quest giver near the wayshrine after becoming werewolf already; I was tired of this (and ashamed that I didn't get the bite from wild werewolf as I always do), so very soon I cured him and went to hunt those NPC werewolves - after completing the quest everything was fine
