[BUG] Poisons are bugged

Currently only the initial tick of poisons are being applied. 10 second cooldown still gets applied after the poison procs.
I was testing out the new Assassin set when I noticed this.
This happens with both the set's 5 piece equipped and not equipped.

Part of me is sad that I may not be able to abuse this set.

Part of me rejoices because seriously, *** poisons.

Please ZoS don't fix this this is the best thing you added to the game in 3 Years.
Let all the poison scrubs die once they can't f*ck up the game for anyone that is outnumbered or has some sort of manners
