Sorry missclick, I wanted to vote: "wait for Morrowind".

PvE wise:
To be completely over the top, the Volatile Familiar must be used which isn't really convenient.

Without the pet, magsorc is +- in line with magDKs and magplars. MagNB is discussion for another thread.

It is too early to make conclusions, Morrowind isn't up yet and sustain change is incoming.
1) Magsorc has no reliable sustain tool (I don't count Dark Exchange, you won't use that anyway in end-game PVE content) and Force Pulse is trust or not a really expensive skill.
2) Since the addition of Minor Mgcksteal magplars stopped using Channeled Focus and they will surely return to it with Morrowind. Also magplars can use 5 pc Moondancer bonus which even more saves their sustain.
3) MagDk is dead due to sustain changes and plain 10% cost reduce to Whip won't save them.

I wouldn't be surprised if magicka templar is the new top Mag DPS with the arrival of Morrowind.

Stupid biased poll.

My vote is to Reduce the power of Stamina Characters in PvP, pumping out unlimited Cc to others whilst breaking free of everything.

Some.CC should require Magika to make it fair,stamina toons need zero Magika yet MagSorc need stamina in PvP.

Spec have been underdog for ages, they aren't even on top now people just hate on them. Sure on. Skeleton they get gd deeps with a scamp out who cares.

In response to someone else who had comnented in the bufging damage for stsmblades as part of this, i posted a quote which basically in s nutshell described drawbacks to that.

I did not call you out by name.
I did not make or offer any opinions on the quote or characterize its poster in any way.

You since have gone off on multi post fervor ovrr it as if i insulted you or accused you of being for more dsmage when in fact all i did was ponder what that poster would think of the dambuff idea.

Not sure what or how i nitpicked your quote when i did not pick at it at all.

I really suggest you reread the post, maybe after a period of time to cool off and see if maybe the exchsnge betwern me and the other poster wasnt really an attack on you at all.

Try it yourself, play StamSorc or StamDK in PvP without spending magicka and you'll see how much "useless" is the magicka pool for stamina characters.

they no lost bonus damage with crit and stun from stelth so why? outside stealth NB's dont have that hight burst without proc sets avaible to everyone....with not mention about their survivability

@Edziu , stun is still there per patch notes.

Sneak attacks will continue to guarantee a Critical Strike and stun the target, and will also still grant a bonus to Critical Damage when used against monsters.
