Make majority of BoP gear BoE to make new players more viable

In a similar way how the new CP system is trying to close the gap between veteran players and newcomers, this change would allow them to be even more viable and competitive. Just an idea.

Its been suggested a million times but the sales tactic is to keep it BOP so players buy the DLC to get the gear they want.

Even if Zos made most BoP gear BoE the sets and weapons that are the hardest to farm, vMA and trial gear, will remain BoP as they should be.

4man dungeons are much easier to farm. Just takes 3 from a guild and farm away. Though weapon drop chances need to be increased.

I'm an economist. I like free and balanced markets and abundant trade between players. As you might imagine, I hate BoP except for the most most most most powerful gear, like vMA and Master weapons.

The issue with BoE, though, is that you have to dilute quality drops with rng or else you flood the market, prices plummet, and gold loses its value.

I don't like rng either, but if you're going to have a lot of BoE farmable sets, you need it. Either that, or PvE content needs to be ridiculously difficult in order to inhibit people from farming it heavily...

The amount of carries and group grinding I've seen would suggest we don't need it,i still would be for it though
