No. Just no. Unbinding everything will see the games down cycles (when tons of people leave the game because they are bored to tears with nothing to do, only returning when new content is pushed) shorten more and more. Making the best gear in the game something you can buy with something as easy to get as in game cash will kill the game. PLEASE, ZOS, stay the course. As much as these people may think they want it, they are too shortsighted to understand what it means.

Best sets to PVP in are generally all in PVE, interesting how that goes? I liked how there was crafted sets introduced to imperial city, but they suck. Jewelry crafting would complete many pvp builds/pve even and all they would need to do is farm undaunted dailies for monster sets...which is not bad at all.
