Just because you waste your life grinding a great set in a dungeon doesn't mean you're a good player. @ZOS_GinaBruno The real life sacrifices being made for such obsessions is sad. Unbind everything ZOS, let people trade, buy, sell, to save time. You will likely save your customer base in the process.

Yes I know BoP you can't trade, but WoW has a trade/craft system where you can do bound items so it can be done
Trial gear should be BoP, dungeons and overland should not be.
That was my view for awhile. But the more I think about it I think everything should be Boe. I would love to be able to trade my sharpened melee weapons for a sharpened inferno. Or even just sell them. They are worthless to me, but not to others.
It's not like people can't be carried through most of the content anyways. And with playstation people are allowed to control other people's toons via play share or whatever it's called.
I don't even think things should be bound after equipping them.

PvE players feel the same.
I remember when all this bound crap wasnt so bad.
You ever gotten a sharpened inferno of BSW? or Ever gotten a full set of divines in under 2-3 runs? I havent.
Ive done about 100 runs of CoA 1 and gotten 4 out of the 5 that I need -_-

Really i will make a fortune on gold mats
They've already said that all players aren't meant to get every item at will. You don't need to run x build to be the best. It takes a day to get a full set of dungeon gear in a good trait. If you're trying to get every set, ofc you're going to have to put time into it. If you're mad about not getting a sharpened BSW inferno staff.. run a different staff and make it work...

I dunno, coming from a more traditional MMO, i think there is something to be said for the absolute best gear being bound. I don't mind if there is gear almost as good floating around the markets, but the pinnacle should be left for those who have proven themselves against the biggies baddies and won.
Though, you could certainly argue that PvP and Crafters should have equal opportunities as well for stellar performances in their fields. In a traditional MMO, I would disagree with this, but this game has a pretty deep crafting system and PvP, and is certainly more "free form" than classics like WoW. At any rate, I think we can all agree that you should have to distinguish yourself somehow to get the best or almost-best gear.

I literally just got the last piece of my basic sets last night, I haven't even upgraded them yet and put them on my characters.
But I'll be damned if I am gonna grind through all that again. I'm a Hard core player, I play basically every night, I like both PvP and PvE. I have been with the game since early access on PC and transfered to PS4 and I have only missed a few nights playing (or days when I get forced because of work), I have also never taken a break of more than 6 or 7 days from the game (Vacation to Florida or some other place).
I have finally gotten all my gear I had when it was Vet 14 / CP 140 and then they upgraded the gear on me to vet 15/16 (cp 150/ cp 160). So as of last night I am pretty much good to go now, btw this is just my basic gear, not VMA, Dragonstar Arena, or trial gear which now I have to work on.
This Bound stuff in Dungeons/trials/arena's have to stop..
oh and ZOS, Jewelry Crafting needs to be a thing for Crafted sets.. in the words of the great Jean Luc Picard (star trek) "Make it so..."

Is that a common thing for people to do?
