Though, you could certainly argue that PvP and Crafters should have equal opportunities as well for stellar performances in their fields. In a traditional MMO, I would disagree with this, but this game has a pretty deep crafting system and PvP, and is certainly more "free form" than classics like WoW. At any rate, I think we can all agree that you should have to distinguish yourself somehow to get the best or almost-best gear.

Just because you waste your life grinding a great set in a dungeon doesn't mean you're a good player. @ZOS_GinaBruno The real life sacrifices being made for such obsessions is sad. Unbind everything ZOS, let people trade, buy, sell, to save time. You will likely save your customer base in the process.

I don't think that it was good for traditional MMOs either. Besides the offshore farmers, wherever they are, can just sell their accounts. You're not solving anything with bound gear and especially housing. I'm good with aesthetic items, skins, motifs, pets, being grind only but not attending to your wife to get that maelstrom weapon is sad and it happens. Ever heard of OCD? This game and other MMOs are extremely toxic because of the competition being about grinding rather than a clever combo of skills and gear that is readily available. The time... the horror...

Yes I know BoP you can't trade, but WoW has a trade/craft system where you can do bound items so it can be done

I would love nothing more then to shower my teammates in the sweet juice of my labors. Letting them roll around in my left over drippings scooping up as much as they could carry...
For some reason that came out sort of strange... to sum up, yes please unbind things.

Trial gear should be BoP, dungeons and overland should not be.
