There are lots and lots of reasons to stand in a city doing nothing. Sometimes I just like to watch all the crazy stuff my fellow players get up to.

— They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.2 -

I was wondering the same. Why are there so many just hanging about (or dueling) in every capital city? I'm only at a capital city, like Mournhold, to pick up and drop off the Undaunted and other dailies. Otherwise, I stay away. Too laggy.0 -

Also, when I am looking up something on my other monitor, it looks like I'm just standing there like a goof but I may actually be looking at builds. dungeon vids, where certain crafting stations are etc.
And for the record, I find these threads immensely amusing because why anyone would care or wonder why I'm doing or not doing anything in game that doesn't directly involve them is silly.

Spawn point for wayshrines is another popular one.
One fun tips for any khajiit or Argonian going afk for some time is to stand on wayscrine so your tail intercept the head on the ones spawning.
This looks very weird then you port in.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -
