Well honestly he will likely do a better job.
I use random normal dungeons to level. It's almost unplayable at the moment. The lack of response from ZOS makes me want to take a break and come back in a few months to see if it's fixed. My worry is that if it isn't fixed before or at Morrowind release then it will drag on for ages because they will be so busy patching Morrowind issues. It used to be just buggy but now it's utterly unusable.
The lack of response from ZOS just makes this worse. Even if you have no fix, at least come on and tell us that it is still being worked. Ignoring your customers issues is a surefire way to drive them away. It has been demonstrated many times across many industries that not being acknowledged is the major issue for most customers. It has been 8 weeks since any acknowledgement of this issue. This goes beyond poor customer service to being rudely dismissive.

1: if you get put into a group that is in progress as a replacement, the person coming in fresh gets the queue timer block. They can re-enter the queue for x minutes.
2: MANUALLY inviting someone into the group doesn't break the dungeon. Had this happen where the healer dc'd and we had to kick the tank (because he was trying to tank with a bow, yes a bow). I swapped to tank and brought in a couple guildmates and we successfully finished the dungeon without any issues. So keep some friends around or join a guild with helpful individuals in it. At least until they fix this bug.

Even resorted to reporting my #101 post to get someone to notice. It is apparent that they haven't been reading this thread since one of us has been "Bumping" the thread when its against the forum rules, and yet those posts haven't been addressed. So yeah its very apparent they are ignoring this thread.

We're also working on a similar issue where some group members aren't receiving the bonus reward after a dungeon is completed.

Now its totally worthless. Sucks cause my friend likes the game, but this bug is going to force us to quit.
