I am here at the request of the customer service department to report a variety of bugs with group finder.
The current issues my wife and I are experiencing are as follows:
- Group finder will create a group, travel you to the dungeon, and immidatly remove you from the area
- Group finder will imminently disband a group when it forms
- Group finder will kick you out of your dungeons instance and reset the dungeon if you have to replace a group member part way through
- Random dungeons are not giving EXP or Premium rewards, at all. Occasionally the group leader will receive it but even that has stopped happening now.
- If for ANY reason, you get removed from the group, you get the wait time penalty. I mean for the love of Mara if you can't fix the freaking group finder at least admit it and let people re-queue right away. Stop punishing us for your broken code.
This is just a short list of the problems. There are other, more complex ones.
Why did I bother telling you this, you may ask? Because customer service is crap and all they could tell me was "Try Restarting your XBOX" and "Submit a Bug Report on the forums". Oh, they also completely ignored my actual question and sent me the same canned response 5 times. I would be happy to post the transcript of the emails just to force some accountability for ZOS.
Question: Who do I talk to to get the lost EXP and Premium Undaunted Supplies credited to my account? More so than that, who do I talk to about getting them credited to my wife's account? This issue has caused her to fall behind me in level and it causing play-ability problems for us. Note that I'm not asking for anything we did't earn. All want is a strait answer and for ZOS to make things right. I get that games have bugs, but it would be nice to see ZOS own up to it and comp the lost rewards.

Any chance this was fixed with recent maintenance? Not holding my breathe, but would be awesome to get home from work and actually be able to do a dungeon.

I get that you have a lot on your plate but this is the biggest issue in the game and we deserve at least an acknowledgement of you seeing the updated info.
