I would never tell you to put me on ignore. I'm perfectly fine with a difference of opinion. Nor am I trying to tell people how to spend their money. I just think ZOS is creating systems that exploit their customers while simultaneously smiling and telling us they're features, and I'm expressing my distaste for them. At the end of the day, they can do whatever they want, players can spend as much as they want on the crates, and I can take my money elsewhere.

I got a Wild Hunt Camel after 12 Crates, which is pretty much what I expected. I also got two other mounts and several pets

No it's cool Mad...My "you" was the generalized you, I never lumped you in with the usual suspects, you have your sig protest, and have given some thoughtful discussion on the topic, and yeah we can agree to disagree.

The only thing I would like to see different in the current Business model is for, four crates to be added a month that you can open or exchange for Crowns...I think a "value added" (Sorry for the Corp speak) gesture would make the difference with many people who are currently complaining.

I was a bit disappointed that they are still putting race specific items into the crates without being able to at least turn them into gems if you don't play those types of toons. I now have several items from the last batch of crates and these ones that I will never use. As for my rng today it stunk unfortunately! 20 crates and no apex mount. All I got was a lot of little yellow doggies, stuff I already had or never wanted or argonian items I will never use. I had fun opening them though but most likely won't be buying anymore this season. Grats to you lucky peoples that are blessed by the rng gods!

Jeez, we're in for another 2 or 3 weeks of the non gambling whales (most of whom defend 17,000cr cosmetics because it's RPing) telling everyone that will give them a second of their time how bad crown crates are, how we have gambling addictions, that only their opinion matters and all the other shite they spouted last time out.

Why don't we all just agree that no one thinks "only their opinion matters" and no one's opinion is "shite" mmmkay? I don't know why people with an opposing opinion are always touted as the bad guys. We all have opinions, and we all have the right to post those opinions in a public forum. Get over it.

I really in the end couldn't care less how other people spend their own money. My only interest is in how those purchases send a message to the executives at ZOS, a message that focus on the crown store is more important than focusing on the game. (Note how in this paragraph, nowhere did I state that only my opinion matters, however my opinion does matter as much as yours).

Not overly impressed by the crown crates this "season". I bought a 15pack last go around and ended up with about a dozen items that I liked and used. I don't know if there are ten items that I would use from the entire pack. Oh well... maybe next time

I'm really loving how well the Green Pact costume goes with the new Hunt mounts, especially after dying the costume to match the bright colours of the mount.

I don't see why people would even want to get these... Zenimax's art-design team is one of the worst I have ever seen. Seriously, the textures are sloppy, meshes clip like crazy, animations are awkward and bugged (there is not even proper physics)... Cosmetic items are about as much worth as a fart in a can in this game... I really love the combat in ESO, but the poorly executed art and design just makes this game very hard to enjoy for me... Whenever I see people spending 120 bucks on vanity items like these I just feel sorry for the people buying it

I haven't seen any sloppy textures or mesh clipping on the wild hunt items? If you're complaining about texture resolution, that's a matter of performance, not quality.

Yeah ... I was thinking just this morning that there seems to be a lot of bullying on this forum, particularly about the crown crates, but I've seen bullying about other things as well. Oh, I so agree with this... It's really disappointing how it looks on a female character. It's sooo thick and bulky!

The dye, coupled with the mount in this screenshot, really looks awesome!

I totally love the Hircine statue and the two banners. Since I already have a cave I built dedicated to Hircine, I was super happy to have a chance to add stuff to that theme. I'm on NA PC, and anyone that might want to take a look at what I did with my home is welcome to message me anytime and I can add you to my permissions. I'm all about PvP and housing now, and really like that I can do both in this game. I would love more functionality to the homes of course.

Is the method to get them perfect? Not really. RNG sucks and I think they'd sell a lot more if they upped the chances to get the cool stuff. I bought 30 crates this round, and didn't get all of what I wanted. If I had gotten more of what I wanted with those crates, then I'd be so much more likely to buy more to finish it off. I know it sounds strange, but that's the way my mind works.

I've opened 19 crates. Zero mounts. To add insult to injury, I've gotten the Bravil Dog no less than 9 times and it was the highest reward in the crate.

The new apex mount is actually better than it looks in the picture. The animation of summoning it and mount roaring have been nicely reworked, for which I really appreciate the efforts of ZOS art team. Also, the bright green looks cool when riding in the night. *thumb up*

I wanted it, too, but it was disappointing when I was able to get it. It clips badly with staves (the stave looks like it's punching through a hole in the fabric) ... which would be OK if I played anything other than a sorceror who uses staves. LOL. Also, it dyes a little differently than many of the costumes, so it's really, really difficult to get it to match any of the costumes. I'd love it if it was compatible with using staves.

I was lucky enough to get the statue and the smaller of the two banners. They both look incredible in the game.

I could have gotten the second banner if I'd spent gems for it, but the doom wolf and pup took priority.
