the game doesn't run

What bugs me most is the dishonesty and inconsistency in all this.

I report a critical problem on the pts.
After going through the same suggestions over and over again, my ticket is set to "solved".
I complain, and the service guys tell me I should not worry, they would not fix the problem on pts, but they would *of course* take care of such a critical problem.

2.7 is released and the bug is still there.

I submit another ticket, and now I´m being told, that my system (which has been running TESO for last 2 years just fine) is unsupported. Yes I meet the (current!) minimum requirements. Only, I don´t, because I have a mobile chip.
This goes to an extent that they *do not look at the ticket at all* anymore - I wrote them that my problem is solved and how I solved it, but this was not commented on and the ticket status is still not "solved"...

Hardly know where I should start if they ask me this time how the service could be improved - of course, this time they probably won´t even ask, because my system does not meet the (revised) minimum requirements. Of course, no one wants more negative feedback...

Addendum (1 1/2 weeks later): By now the support at least apologized for the delay, asked me what the solution had been for me, passed the solution on to the development team and closed the ticket. This still does not solve the issue with support for mobile chips in general, but I thought it would be fair to at least mention that they addressed some of the points.

gotta love zenimax, not much in this game works reliably enough anyone would bet their life on it.

No problems since I came back a week ago logging in, yestarday an today? Cant log in at all, get error 200 or 108, even when I get past that bs bug I cannot load a character in, just sits there spinning an i have to crash the whole game an restart.


Hooray for Zenimax an their pizza delivering programmers! Amazing what you can sort of do when you sort of focus on something, do it halfass!

This game is so buggy with everything, connections, log ins, quest bugs, game bugs. Zenimax support, if yu can get a response from them, will be vague an full of bs.


And these guys want me to preorder Morrowind????????????


Sure Ill order Morrowind in 4 years when its ready for release.

Im already tired of Zenimax giving the fist in so many ways to players who would like to log in for a fun experience. Cant.

Cant log in, cant finish 20% of all quests, cant let anyone touch a mob im on or I will get a fraction of xp, cant grind mobs very well cause they canned xp for that. Zenimax clearly said when releasing this hair clog of a game that they would make it so all players would be urged to group an work together.......blah blah blah. An i get penalized with 1/4 xp cause someone in this all "inclusive" game ran by an hit a mob I am attacking.

Same problem on the pts, just go on Windows site and download the dll yourself.

I have been trying to fix this on and off myself on my lap top, fortunately my PC is fine. I have checked out pretty much all the solutions/suggestions including the one from Gina. Getting close to taking it into a shop and admitting defeat. I am not so knowledgeable with computer speak - what does this message even mean?

edit - I thought the pic would be included. I am having that dll missing heap error from the first page.
