Double mundus exploit, holy cow how many is doing it.

Went into cyro with my LUI Extended showing mundus boons on target frames. Holy cow, like 3 out of 10, if not more (probably more) are having 2 mundus stones active. And ofc everytime I asked them, they said they used twice born start. However, LUI extended can also show if target has any full sets equipped, and most ppl didnt. So...time to get this bug fixed perhaps?

Have been asking them to take down the server completely until its fixed.

Also funny to see who in pve use it, if someones dps dropped 5k after that fix, I will laugh my ass off while writing report and ignore list the player. I have zero tolerance for cheating in this game.

Yea I was just thinking about that, I read it in the potes. Really, really hope they fix that beforehand, (they wont) so I can keep pissing on everyone i find out are doing it. So many decent pvpers too, respect for them just went poof. Shame.

Surprised you're behind on the news considering quite a few NA pvpers have been using it for quite a while.

The day it got out in EU, Kr3do makes a post on the forums to let Zos know its back lol. Still, since it got out a decent amount of EU players are enjoying their double mundus while it lasts, and I don't blame them. Zos need to work on fixing bugs so they stay fixed. Can't expect the players to take them serious if the same bug keeps resurfacing over and over.

It is actually fun how "elite" pvpers claim they use it coz it grant "small advantage".
Imagine if entire vMoL raid wearing 5 Moondancer+5 Mother Sorrow just decided "hell, why not to get small advantage" and on top of those sets start wear 5 TBS.

lets just solve this with a special magick system that allows you to create 1 super gear set. this system will allow you to combine together 1 ea copy of every single gear set into one super gear set. problem solved, everyone will have all the gear in game equipped and thus everyone will have the same damage potential. this also allow players to have the benefits of light, heavy and medium armor at the same time.

Seeing how drastically increased number of people with dro-m'athra skin after Rakhhat glitch, I imagine people indeed use any possible bug.

Zenimax really need to start enforcing no cheats.
Minor cheats 7 day bans.
Major cheats perma bans.

You can't hide your mundus stones (although next patch Zeni are changing that). I know Hodor are refusing to use TBS at all because of the likelyhood that idiots will claim they're cheating. They've all swapped their 5 TBS for BSW/MS etc. and all it takes is for whoever is vidding to just take a look at each person with a buff tracker on and you'll see 1 mundus.

As for the # of people with the skin? I believe that is the result of the other bug where you can exploit Rakkhat specifcally. Something to do with HA's (what I've heard, the video got took down by Zos very quickly). Double mundus doesn't make people be able to do vMoL easily lol.

Just spend couple of hours exposing ppl exploiting double mundus cheat. Omg how many ppl use it in EU. Sadest thing when i confront them about it, they dont even care. They are like "Yea, sure report me, see what that gets you!", and the thing is, they are right. Nothing will be done about them.
In my estimate 1 in 10 ppl are exploiting this. And yea, how come i didnt get the memo that TBS is now BiS in PvP!

Was wondering how people would dodge even tho they hadnt dodge rolled or had evasion up. Happens rarely, but often on the same "clique" of people in game.

If you take this game seriously at this point for "skilled" gameplay as far as pvp goes you might be a newb or part of the problem. Sucks that from what the rumor mill is churning up its spreading.

Remember that when posting you have to frame the issue in such a way that ZOS will actually address it.

For instance, post in general discussion rather than alliance war and say something like
"ZOMG people are using double mundus exploit to get higher trials scores!"

in PvE it is actually pretty easy to spot wheter one exploits or does use TBS. Just check HP. TBS has a HP bonus, most other sets do not. 2x Mundus and lower HP then you should have? > exploit > goodbye ***

The latest thinking I've seen is actually this:

The rule is now that if you are in Cyrodiil and the unit is hostile then you only know about buffs that you cast or target you. Anywhere else you should know about all buffs.

This because of the desire to achieve this:

We are looking at some changes to this ruleset before it goes live that still address the PvP concerns but allow PvE buff addons to continue to work.
