@olsborg do you happen to know the live server math on ele+siphon? How much are we losing compared to the 800regen you have tested on the pts?

Could be loosing quite abit, but i havent tested it much, ppl also report its magickasteal happens on dots, wich I havent confirmed myself, if so we aint loosing as much as first tought.

Current live elemental drain gives you roughly 1.3% of Max magicka back per hit and works in AoE but not DoT. Siphon Spirit gives you 1% max magicka back and works in AoE but not DoT. If both are up and you get in a fast weave with an ability you can get anywhere from 1300 to 1800 magicka back every second. Which is way more than 400 per second obviously, and now sure they don't work with DoTs but in AoE encounters where Healers can spam out Elemental Drain you will be getting a lot of magicka back. So on Single Target encounters you are loosing anywhere from 900 to 1400 magicka every second with this chance.

But big difference is that Minor Magickasteal gives you back magicka no matter what type of attack it is. So a Templar using Puncturing Sweaps will be seeing this as a buff while a Fire DK will see it as a nerf, also a great buff for Tanks.
