The only things that changed for itemization are the jewelry and weapons for sets in IC. Black Rose was the only set adjusted.None of the other sets changed. Itemization is a kind of misused term anyways, in that it differs among dev teams, so I guess it depends on the usage of the term. So agree to disagree I reckon.

You should not under any circuimstances do heavy armor sets like blackrose or reactive with arcane or robust jewlery.

Paraflex✭✭✭✭Black rose and Reactive access on Templars will be a very toxic and unhealthy for PvP. Brian have you guys considered toning down these sets if you allow access to jewelry. The builds and flavor of the month cancer sets will be very bad for PvP.
It's not so much one set is super strong it's the combination of Reactive/Black Rose with a monster set like Malubeth that will be a living nightmare to kill. It's super defensive with insane recovery allowing ways to create dps burst with destro staff builds.
Don't let the forums cry about this new cancer for the next 4 months. By allowing jewelry on all IC sets as they stand.

Paraflex✭✭✭✭If jewelry for Black Rose and Reactive get all types of Stam/Arcane/Healthy it will be bad for PvP. Just keep these sets to healthy so it's less attractive to use as it's heavy armor. ZOS_BrianWheelerPvP & Combat LeadWhile some Tel Var sets on PTS are currently getting a combination of Healthy and Arcane or Robust, it's likely they will follow One Tamriel item patterns where jewelry compliments the armor type.
EG In cases of Black Rose, Reactive, and Harbinger; these are Heavy sets and would follow the pattern of having just Healthy jewelry. In cases like Shield Breaker, they will offer just Robust rings and necklaces (even though currently on PTS they offer Healthy and Robust).

Because someone has to stand in the ashes of the Imperial City project, most of the time it is dead. Okay that may have been too harsh. But here is an idea, If Imperial City and the sewers were solo content (outside of the dungeons) more people may venture in the city, and more PvP may take place there.
Was my criticism too harsh? Perhaps. But I want to see the Heart of Tel Var beat again with some life of PvP they way it did during the original opening and the one year holiday.

not to get too far off topic...but, if changes to IC itemization are made and no one really cares or notices - what's the point?
IC needs some serious help...most week days it's fairly empty - and that's on the most populated map on ps4...
some how, some way - IC needs to be it's own map/campaign and all the pvp platform players need to be funneled into just one IC map...otherwise, it needs to be released to all players, regardless of whether they've purchased the dlc...

All it was, Blackrose Arcane gems and DW Sharp Swords, 5 Soulshine ( 3 inf 2 div ) and......Chokethorn...jab jab jab ( epic heals ) hit me bruh ah look at that juicy resource return... few points in healing received boosts Chokethorn nicely.

okay then, 300k for the set (if i'm lucky and it drops two rings and a necklace)...that's sorta doable...
