That depends... Does the house in Auridon, Mathiisen, count as being medium, large or a manor? If its a manor, I will probably have to look for a new home, I am far too much of a shopaholic to be able to afford to spend 3.7 million on a house

In the patch notes it says that you can set a friend as decorator. I don't think I'll ever be able to buy a manor, but maybe I can buy a large house with a friend, that would be fun.

Now that we know the prices of houses in Homestead, what do you think of them? Do you find them cheap, OK or expensive? Or maybe "way too..."?
If you haven't seen them yet, apartments costs between 11k and 13k, small homes between 40k and 74k, medium homes between 190k and 335k, large homes between 760k and 1.3 million and manors around 3.7 million.
OK, bye!
You do know that nobody is forcing you to buy any of these right? And that some of them are really cheap, and others are actually free? And that this game is currently sorely lacking in gold sinks? So I guess you just like complaining?
Im less concerned about price than I am about availability. Are there a limited number of manors or would it be possible for everyone to own one?

I think the medium houses and larger are kind of pricey for players who have not done that or who have spent their gold on their gears and probably had to change them every update. Something like that feels a bit unfair.
Tonight Deltia joked that he doesn't have enough gold to get one of the large houses in his stream. At first I was surprised and thought that couldn't be true but then I realized that when he plays he plays the game not the market. He farms for items, golds them, tests builds, uses pots, does stuff with his guild, makes videos for us to learn... so it made sense to me and then I applied that to all other gamers who have zero interest in the making money for the fun of it in eso. They wouldn't have fortunes if it was not their priority. If gears, golding items, farming sets all that stuff is their priority, they might have far less gold after all of that. Or even the people who spend fortunes to float their merchant guilds. That might be where all their money has gone. So as I think of it, while some have lots of money to waste on this stuff, I can see how many would not. That's sort of a disappointment for those that were just playing the game the way you would if amassing a fortune was not something that interested you at all.
Do you have 10M+ for all 3 manors? (able to obtain the achievements)
Second question if you answered yes, Do you plan to spend 10M+ of your X gold to get all three?
