Like do you feel the characters in game are too buff and too fit, its just unrealistic, and it doesn't have enough fat options? Perhaps even the most fat option still looks fit. Take a look at Everquest and their fat toons, and think about how MMORPGs have changed over the years and how they started fat shaming. AKA they only show fit and buff character models.

✭My old Breton character is neither fit nor buff. He's deliberately skinny, almost malnourished, because that's how I chose to make him. I could choose to make a character more rotund if I felt like it (and I have an idea forming to do just that).

All jokes aside, I was surprised by how small the biggest dimension was in the character creation, albeit I made all my characters maximum thin/hourglass, with biggest assets, and some where extremely muscular. It's the body I wish I had. =D0 -

You can make fat females too. But how fat you can make them depends on their race. It's the same for males, some races can be made fatter than the others.

You can give your character a large gut, make them old, and/or give them small arms. Just because most people don't isn't fat shaming.
