Okay let me take this slowly then.
If something doesn't sell well, you pull it from the market. That is good business practice.
As of now with people buying them by the truckload, complaining about it rings hollow because it still sends the message you're willing to pay for it no matter how much you don't like it.

How did you know? The airflow on these kimonos is quite incredible.
You guys are making a mountain out of a molehill. These are Team Fortress crates but instead of buying keys, they cut out the middleman and just sell you the crates.
If you can't cut it, don't buy it. That simple. Being angry because you aren't getting exactly what you want upfront is just being silly.
In what terms a mount is better than a tattoo or a potion? Probably the potion is the most useful since it gives you an advantage in the game when you use it. The tattoo gives no advantage at all. Same goes for the mount unless you have no mounts at all.
The list of useless things is disclosed, getting them makes no practical difference. How can this be a scam when the end result makes no measurable difference? You already know that you won't get anything that makes difference in gameplay before even spending the money.
You underestimate human desire for convenience over quality.omfgitsbatman wrote: »There are only so many times you can sell someone crap.
Those that have no intention have no investment in it.Why exactly are you assuming that the people complaining are also buying crates?
Since other people are buying them the ones who are not don't get to complain?

Comcast is a garbage company, but they're the only option (at least where I live) for cable internet. FIOS isn't available (and I hear performance is wishy-washy). That is not the case with gaming. The market is over-saturated and that is precisely why having a good reputation with customers is becoming more important.

Clear? Maybe. Loud? No. They can't hear over over the sound of cash register dings from all those crates being bought. A movement is only as good as its unity. You're gonna have to get everyone, or at least most players buying scores of crates to just stop. Our message is loud and clear.

I tried to make that a thing back when the Clown Store first opened.

"How many of you have played FIFA Ultimate team, spent $100 on cards and never sniffed a Messi or Ronaldo? It's the same thing. ZOS ain't the first to do it, and certainly will not be the last. What they have done is totally within their industry standards. It is up to you to know when to say when. I always give myself a $20 Ultimate team budget and stick to it. You're gonna have to do the same."
No one has any idea what their chances of scoring a Ronaldo card but many spends hundreds and thousands ... and some probably hundreds of thousands ... to get one. If they don't they just scrap what they have for EA coins and eventually drop hundreds of thousands of those to get one. Sound familiar?
You should all consider yourself lucky that we're only talking about mounts, hats and costumes.
What are you saying? Are you referring to Electronic Arts?

Probably? Since no one knows the drop rates and the last RNG-based thing they introduced (flower bags) had rather generous RNG, people might assume (WRONGLY) that crown crates will be generous as well..

Except the alchemy satchels are bought in TelVar Stones (a currency which urgently needed a sink) and crown crates are purchased in real money (that does NOT need any sink !) . If people can't see the difference... I'm puzzled.
It isn't. It's profitable. That's the whole reason these things keep popping up in games.omfgitsbatman wrote: »How is this a good deal?
