Introduction

This is probably going to be above some of you to understand and that’s fine. I’m sure most of you are not familiar with wealth of the amounts that I’m going to be discussing here. But I wanted to offer this build as a way to give back to this wonderful, the best community of givers.

With this build you’ll all redefine “winning”. You’re going to be so sick of winning you’ll have to give your winning to other people. This build takes advantage of several secret mechanics in the game many of you aren’t aware of.

And let me just say that my hands are so big, I’m having someone else type this up for me. That’s how I do things now that I’m so rich in the game. Winning, more winning and lots and lots of winning. With two G’s. Just type exactly what I say, don’t change anything.

Stats

All in Stamina, you will need it to carry all this gold around.
Health : 13,454
Magicka : 10,582
Stamina : 25,598

Race

Breton, but I’m not racist. I’m not. I have many cat friends. Just ask the cats about me, they love me. And let me tell you something folks, Bretons get a huge bonus to their alliance points. And believe me, I've talked to a lot of people about this, and they always tell me that the more alliance points you have, the more winning you've been doing. This build is all about winning. Am I right? And let me tell you people, the more winning you do the more AP you'll have, and you're gonna have so much AP and so much winning, you're gonna be tired of winning. So tired.

Mundus

The lover, it’s what I do people.

Gear

Pelinal's Aptitude : Let me tell you something, folks. The benefit of this set is it’s 5th piece bonus. And it’s your edge. Not just a small edge, its huge. H-U-G-E, sweety. HUGE, like my hands. I bet you want to see my hands. And let me say something else: The 5 piece set bonus gives you the same weapon and spell damage. Now that's value. Value. And that’s what this build is all about, V-A-L-Y-O-U. Value. Why did you misspell it. What did I say? Type exactly what I say! Are you an idiot? V-A-L-Y-O-U, valyou. I don’t care what it says in the game. These idiots can’t spell. And I tell you what, they can’t code either. I know some people that code, I’ve got them working for me. There the best coders and they can spell too, and if you mess up one more time I’ll get one of them in here.

• Chest ( Heavy – Prosperous ) : Stamina enchant
• Pants ( Heavy – Prosperous ) : Stamina enchant
• Belt ( Heavy – Prosperous ) : Stamina enchant
• Gloves (Heavy - Prosperous) : Stamina enchant
• Feet : (Heavy - Prosperous) : Stamina enchant

Magus Gift : Because that’s what you’ll be getting with this build. I’m telling you it’s a gift. These people are going to walk right up to you and give you gold. So much gold. And the best part is they are going to pay you to take their gold. More winning. You’re going to be so happy my friends. So happy.

Destruction Staff x 2 ( Inferno - Decisive ) : Stamina Absorb enchant.

Why a staff? I’m glad you asked. It’s what I work best with, my staff loves me, the Argonians, the Dunmer, all of the minorities on my staff love to work for me. Especially the women. You should see the women on my staff, they can’t keep their hands off me.

Engine Guardian : I just like the idea of having a little helper that shows up. And that listens and doesn’t change things that I say.

Helm (Heavy - Prosperous) : Stamina enchant
Shoulder (Heavy - Prosperous) : Stamina enchant

Endurance Jewelry: Let me tell you something, folks. These other theorycrafters, they're low energy. They're incompetent. They don't want you to know how good this set is. And believe me, its good. I mean really good. I'd tell you why, but then the enemy would know my plan. And my plan is to win. And believe me, we'll win.

Skills

You know what, the skills don’t matter. You know why? I’ll tell you why. You’re going to change them. You always change them. So why bother with them? Leave your bars blank. Trust me, you’ll do a lot better with this build if you don’t get hung up on the skills. Your returns are going to be huge! So huge!

Champion Points

First let me point out that they don’t have enough champion points to accurately portray me in this game. I’ve got more champion points than anybody. You know what makes a champion? Me. No one else should have any champion points as a matter of fact. All the champion points should belong to me. And then you can borrow them from me. I know what it takes to be a champion, and it’s not what you might think. No, but trust me and all of the women on my staff, I’m a champion.

Red
Let's talk about The Lord tree, because that’s what I am. All in Expert Defender, because I’m an expert at everything. I know they won’t all go in Expert Defender. Do you think I’m an idiot? I know that. The rest go in Quick Recovery, when you go bankrupt as many times as I have, you have to be able to get back on your feet, quickly. And that makes me smart. So smart. I know the rules and I use them, that's what winners do.

Green
Put a lot in this tree because you need to get Merchant Favored don’t worry about treasure hunter, because like I said you’re going to have no problems people. None, with getting treasure. And the rest of your points, you want to put in the Lover. So many champion points in Lover, because it’s what I am. I’m a lover, people. OK?

Blue
Put everything in the Ritual, to unlock Opportunist, because I'm always looking for a good opportunity to make gold. Don’t put anything in The Apprentice, I should have that one maxed out by default.

Consumables

Food
I have some amazing steaks that you should try. Just make sure you're eating real food. Food made for winners. That means steaks. Not curries. Not chutneys. Those are low-energy foods. And we'll be winning so much, we won't have time for losers and their green bean masalas.

Potions
Always use invisibility potions. This way you won't get captured. I don't like people who get captured, they're not heroes. I like winners. Winners don't get captured. They use invisibility pots and follow my build. And they have huge hands. H-U-G-E.

Gender

Last but not least, you should make this character a male, the reason I say this, is everyone knows that a man is going to make more than a woman. It’s just the way it is. I’m not in control of that, I’m not in charge. I wish that I were. I know a lot of really good looking women that should make more but because they are women, they don’t. The bad looking ones, not so much. But I don’t know that many bad looking women.

Media

Here are photographs of this build's huge returns. And my attorneys have told me that these are not photoshopped or doctored in any way. These photos are from some of the world's top photographers, some of the best. Very well respected. And if you ask if they're real I’ve been told that I can sue. So ask, I dare ya.

Just like you, I started out with nothing. Just like in this photo. I didn't get a loan from my dad. That's just liberal mainstream nonsense. It's irrelevant. And let me tell you, people are sick of it.

I believe this is a parody of american politics but a full prosperous set would help you earn gold. How much? No idea cos I haven't tried it. But I was planning to.

Fully golded out with Imperial your Prosperous trait bonus is going to be 69% as an Imperial, 68% as any other race.

8.5% x 8 (assumes sword and board for extra shield prosperous slot) = 68%

If you normally loot 5 gold from a mob then you're going to get 8. Doesn't seem like much until you look at bigger numbers, if you normally pull 1k from a delve in monster gold then you're going to get 1680. Keep in mind this is ONLY monster loot, for chests you're going to need to spend 10 points in the Shadow line to unlock the Fortune Seeker passive. That returns 50% additional gold from chests and lock boxes. Arguably a much better return on investment than spending the money on golding out 8 pieces of gear.

plus I changed my Champion Points to take the +% gold and better chances of higher quality loot.

I really have to ask, how do you feel about all the Orcs trying to come into High rock? I mean, I'm not against orcs or anything. Some of my best friends are orcs. But I mean, they come over here and start mining in our mines, looking at breton women. I wanna know how your prosperous build could pay for maybe a garrison, the greatest garrison the world has ever seen, stamped with your name on it to keep the orcs out of high rock. That's what I want to know.

Have tried this build and never looked back. OP, thank you so much for sharing these tips on forums. Without you, I would've remained a dirt poor Breton peasant whose small hands served only to scavenge a few gold pieces from undaunted pledges. Now, thanks to the Prosperous Build, I have enough money to upgrade Hunding's Rage Staves to legendary and feed columbines to my Dragontail goat.

No, prosperous is utter garbage. Roughly two months ago someone provided the maths and science to prove it. You make (save) more money by wearing your impenetrable stuff (and therefore limiting repair bills substantially) than you earn with prosperous. It's a proven pointless trait.

Hello I'm from the UK and we did a HUGE Brexit. Now our currency is worth less than a smartie (Thats an M&M to you).That is ok though because we are entering a new period of glory, we have taken back control and Britain is in control!

We are winning back so much control that the EU has told us that they are going to give us exactly what we voted for - that is to say nothing. We used to get something but now we will get nothing. Although we will get our fishing boat back because we have taken back control and tv controls will now be made in Wales instead of China which is controlled by the evil EU.
