✭✭I haven't done a Crag trial since the patch but vMoL non hard mode last night gave us a total of 15 Undaunted plunder(15k gold) and the last boss dropped 1 piece of gold jewelry and 1 weapon, every drop was Moondancer/Twilight/Lunar/Alkosh.Edited by Ghost-Shot on October 7, 2016 1:42PM2 -

Thats cool but it still contradicts the notes that they posted this week... maybe they should edit that out
Trials
Mobs and bosses in Normal mode will drop blue-quality gear.
Mobs and bosses in Veteran mode will drop purple-quality gear.
The last boss on Veteran Hard Mode will drop gold-quality jewelry.
Hard Modes all contain an item worth 10,000 gold which can only be acquired once every 5 days.CP690

✭✭✭✭✭We did SO HM last night. I didnt run the whole dungeon, just hopped in to help with last boss. Loot worth mentioning: I got 2 Random weapons from the trial pieces, 2 gold pieces of jewelry, again trial sets, 8 pieces of plunder (sell to vendor for 8k), and a serpent tooth (sell for 10k). Some of the old trial sets are scaled up now, I got one of the reworked Aether rings (wise mage), and something else I cant remember. I believe there are 12 sets total, and they all drop on the old trials (SO, AA, HRC).
Edit: I think each trail has 6 possible sets. There are three sets that are specific to each trial, and 3 sets (VO, IA, and Eternal), that can drop from any of them. I checked and I got a Wise mage ring (specific to SO) and a Eternal Yokeuda ring (can drop in all 3). Not sure if you get one of each, or it just worked out that way.
Also did a VMOL (Non-HM) run. Here you are limited to (Alkosh, twitlight, moondancer, Lunar Bastion). This new plunder is pretty interesting. We got 15 pieces of plunder from VMOL throughout the whole run. The last boss gave 2 weapons, and 1 piece of gold jewelry. In other awesome news, one of said weapons was a sharp Moondancer destro.
After each boss/gauntlet, the small room that used to be empty contains a few chests and heavy sacks. The chests do drop trial gear (but not every time).
I was skeptical, but trials are actually a pretty decent gold farm now. My worry is that unlike getting a random drop once every 5 runs to sell to others, this is actually infusing new gold directly into the game. It doesnt take an economics degree to realize that inflation might be an issue.Edited by Oreyn_Bearclaw on October 7, 2016 4:56PM0
