Should there be a Bank and Player Capacity Increase with next Patch?

Fairly simple question isn't it time we had an increase 3 DLC of content since last increase and unless you have Crafting Bag any long term player needs weekly administration to keep free space

Yes I think some extra storage space would be helpful, even for those who have the crafting bag since there are many other things to store in the bank.

Increase buyable bank to 500-1000, because why not? Increase cost exponentially. Huge gold sink.

What is the cap? I can hold 180 in my bag and 100 in the bank, both maxed out most of the time. I'm not paying 20k for 10 extra slots in my bank though.

Considering the ludicrous number of new sets that are in the next patch, this will really be needed. Horse would be a little weird though since it wouldn't be even with speed and stam anymore.

Horse bags and backpack upgrades that amount to 200 per character are more than enough. Bank space capped at 240 is a bit odd though. Should be a round number like 300 or 400. With the gear lock introduced with DB accidental deconstruction is no longer an issue, so keeping gear in the bank is more viable.

I don't subscribe so don't have the crafting bag and as a crafter each update brings more style materials etc to fill up my bank.

I do think there should be an increase at some point however the changes to the nodes will free up quite a bit of room for me (no need to keep <10 of low level raw mats in the bank waiting for more until they can be refined) so I don't think it needs to happen with the next update.

When it does how about +40 to bag space to match the bank?

I have ESO+ Crafting Bag, 12x characters fully maxed out on horses, and item capacity - and I still have trouble keeping stuff!
It's going to be a nightmare once OT is released and all those sets need room too

I don't even care if it's only available for Crowns - I need space!

Too much incoming BoP. Even with Craft Bags and 3 dedicated gear mules, I'm running low on inventory space. And I have maxed personal inventory on almost every character and maxed bank inventory too.

Leave the horses alone, though. Just increase the number of bank and personal bag upgrades that are available for purchase.

Poll really has to many many options to be worthwhile and OP chose the cheapest means to increase character space which the horse space isn't going to increase anytime soon.

Should there be, without real justification I'd say no. Do I want more space, of course.

I'd say increase bank space some but only bank space and keep the price scaling from where the current prices leave off.

They shouldn't be for free. Last bank upgrades cost like 60-80K gold. They should make them progress on the same line, up to several hundred thousand for the 290->300 upgrade. There are plenty of players with millions of gold that would gladly pay to have their bank upgraded further. I won't even mind if it's crown store exclusive. I will pay the crowns to have bigger bank.

The bag is supposed to be ESO+ exclusive, but since they keep increasing the number of sets, I don't have a problem with an increase to bank space to offset that. I wouldn't drop my sub if my bank can be 20 spaces bigger, and the non-subbers should get something to counter the increase in "stuff" available.

Actually, no to horse bag space, I spent too much time levelling that up thank you very much! But an increase in character bag and bank space would be more than welcome! I think the craft bag would still stay viable if they increased the available space for everyone even just by 20-30 slots.

yes I think bank space should be increased to go along with all the new gear being introduced it would keep the game in balance, BUT I doubt very much it will be, ZoS know introducing more gear will require more storage but personally I think it is just another deliberate strategy by them to push more players to buy Crowns and purchase bank space.

The fact they have decided to introduce cash shop RNG crates clearlly shows the direction they are focusing on, creating more income revenue first and foremost instead of fix's and playable content

Bag space I think is enough at 180/200 (swear it's 200 but no-one seems to have that), but bank space should be increased and capped at 300. Since guild banks are 500 and normally used as dumping grounds, increasing your own bank space to that amount would leave you at hovering at hoarder levels even with crafting bags.

If the player housing due early next year is going to offer additional storage, which I assume it will, then I wouldn't see any need for the developers to be working on extra bank and inventory storage now. If it isn't intended to come with the player housing, however, then I can see the benefit in having an additional 10 slots for both bank and inventory - although I'd prefer the extra bank slots to be character-specific, not shared across the account.

Good point, I forgot about that. But as you said, I would still like some more bag/bank space, I tend to hoard a lot of "unique" items.

I forgot about player housing but I'm sure ZOS has something in mind for that. Probably a chest of some kind you can purchase on the Crown Store that will allow you to store some of your loot, and container size dependent on how many crowns you want to spend.
