Oddly enough the 3 main EP guilds that were on scourge, the one I am in included, have been a little MIA so far.
So if we get those guilds back on we might even win a campaign once in awhile.

Probably off doing BG/ Morrowind stuff, though that could be said about DC and AD as well.

Stoney_McGee showed up for the first time in 6 months last night. Got to run around small scaling with Tech,Sweetheart,Xander,OJ,and a bunch of other guys.

OJ and me both commented on EPs strength when Stoney asked about why AD was doing bad. We both seemed to be on the same page about EP guilds being a little wuss about not coming to Scourge back then. Though I knew I talked to a bunch of EP loyalists (you guys here) to get the just of what was happening with EP. I most certainly knew they would leave a mark once they where shoe horned into one campaign. AD as a whole, seems to be caught off guard by it. That is entirely their fault for not taking steps to find out why EP sorely had no strength last round.

I am certainly not surprised by how much we are getting gated. It's to be expected.

Oh yeah, rumor has it Michael Angelo 7 will be returning with his guild today. So expect to see more push back from AD during the day.

I must have missed you. I was in the stoney group from around 9-10:30pm. Looks like he's going to be active in his guild again. That was fun times.

I logged off to watch Sony's E3 conference, and came back probably after you left.

Yeah, he re-invited me to Original Grinders, so I have hopes for it. I wasn't particularly pleased hearing stuff about making toons in another alliance, though you might not have heard that conversation. So, we'll see what happens.

But on a serious note, I would be reluctant to pop my one alliance only cherry, it'd be more OK about it if it was broken with a group of people I already knew playing along with me.

@Takes-No-Prisoner ...oh yeah, you are my new bestest buddy :p

after reading your comment about how you were able to pick up a new battlegrounds set for around 60k - it got me thinking...

I really really wanted to try the cowards gear since the first time I read about it...needed a couple pieces of jewelry and a few armor pieces...

first necklace I saw in a guild store was listed for 72k...i started getting bummed - checked a few more guild stores and was able to find a whole jewelry set for 26k, each impenetrable armor piece only cost 5k - woo hoo!!!

used the set on my stam sorc (also wearing spriggans)...wow, what an absolutely huge difference that set makes...

the extra speed is nice - but, the 30% damage mitigation is incredible :)

gonna pick up another set for my stamblade (to go along with the dreugh king slayer set)...he's a vampire, so, if I mist or go below 30% health - the incoming damage should be pretty manageable in most situations...

can't wait to try these setups in cyrodiil...if you can survive or even thrive with your build in battlegrounds - vivec should be a blast :D

I'm probably going to get the Impregnable Armor set for my MagWarden. I really want a group focused build around Guard/Warden's off heals/buffs.

Logged in for the first time in weeks and was pleasantly surprised EP was in the lead.

Yes, since EP was well-populated in Skull and Haderus, it would seem logical that EP would funnel strong in Vivec. I recognize the players from Skull and Haderus in Vivec.

    The Rise of Vivec…

wow, so one week into the beginning of the “new” ps4/na “main” cyrodiil map and I have no idea which faction will come out on top at the end of these first 30 days…scores are all still very close…

what makes it tough in knowing the outcome is that a lot of players may still be focusing on the new content…plus - this is the first time map choices have ever been this limited...

I’ve only played DC and the longest queue time during prime (around 4pm to 10pm p.s.t.) I experienced was around 25…the map is changing quite a bit while I’ve been on – the aleswell to chalman corridor has continued to be super active…still tough to get ash back from AD…fortunately haven’t seen too much “gating” going on in the map…but, I really like the way the map is flowing right now – I’ve seen lots of back and forth…

Someone made an excellent thread regarding the impact that fewer campaigns were having on their guild…there are just less viable options from a large guild to call home and provide pvp play for guild members…

One of the guilds which I belong in was trying to decide which campaign to call home – they ended up choosing Alamexia - 7 day no cp, which seems fairly empty at the moment…to be honest – Sotha Sil (30 day no cp) seems pretty empty too…I’ve seen Kyne (7 day non-vet, no cp) maintain 2 bars for each faction during prime time…

I would imagine one of the contributing factors in deciding which map to “home” in – has to be the fact that there is only one viable cp map – and, a lot of players have multiple characters –and, a lot of them will be playing them all in Vivec…

As someone whom has been kicked from countless pvp guilds for fighting against my guild mates – I can only imagine it getting even weirder within many guilds…

Like many of the campaigns back in Azura’s Star and then Scourge – I believe the oceania/down under crews will play a huge role in determining the campaign winner…

I’m excited to see what happens next…

@Takes-No-Prisoner You betcha. I played for only an hour last night. No wait entering Cyro and I saw that we were backed up to Arrius so I thought "here we go again..", but then all of a sudden EP pushed out to Alessia and Bleakers. Yeah, it felt like being in Haderus and Skull. The names popping up in text chat were definitely not old Scourgies.

Been playing Fallout 4. Had it since release, but just finally got around to it. The lag/stutter since the update is frustrating so I've kept away.

@geonsocal Saw you with DC at Bleakers. I spammed my Destro Reach and almost had you until you were out of reach. LOL
Yep I stay on the walls. I thought you guys were going to roll us, and then EP showed up and pushed DC and AD away.

fallout 4 is one very addictive game...had a lot of fun in collecting a lot of the companions...strong had me laughing all the time...switched to survival mode for a while - but, never came close to completing any of the main missions...

last night was tough...i've been playing a lot of really durable characters lately (they're great for battlegrounds), switching to my magblade was brutal...felt like i was wearing tissue paper :# my only shields and heals on the character were harness magicka, sap essence and whatever little brief protection shadowy disguise provides...

finally had to slot mirage and swallow soul just to be able to take a few hits and keep standing...

on a much more positive note - finally ran in to @GreenSoup2HoT who was looking all to sexy on their nightblade (i'm guessing?) :)

i'll tell ya @PhxOldGamer68 that aleswell to chalman fight is always fun...spent a good amount of time in and around bleakers all night...yep, i'm seeing lots of names which are new to me out there fighting...

gotta be honest - so far i'm really enjoying the change to the maps and funneling the majority of players in to one campaign...

Can't enjoy battlegrounds till they work.
My Warden is running the new crafted Shackle Breaker 5 piece with Necropotence 5 piece, 1 Ilambris in 5,1,1.
Infused big pieces, 2 well-fitted, impen, divines on rest.
Mage Mundus and spell damage glyphs on all jewelry.
Flame Destro staff- Sharp, Daedric Damage front bar.
Restro staff - Infused with weapon/spell damage back bar.
Just got him to lvl 50 so we will see what to tweak from there.

after about 11pm p.s.t. things get real dicey with battlegrounds...just not enough players to support a game...

gonna try logging in and queuing a little earlier in the evening...

hmmmm, I have a couple of hyrbridish type characters that shacklebreaker might fit nicely on...

did you try using the bear in cyrodiil...the bear is even harder to keep track of then the mag pets :)

man, good job getting your warden to vet...

No bear in Cyrodiil, I use the Blue Betty to proc the Necro plus that gives me 20% increased spell damage while restoring 4029 magicka over 25 seconds.
What is nice about the Blue Betty is it is a toggle you only have to slot on one bar and can switch bars with it remaining active.

If anyone was on last night, that AD/EP fight at Arrius LM and BRK Mine was me w/ Stoney_McGee's group. I was that nasty person that kept Negating everyone.

Last night had some great battles between Nikel and Ash. Geo, I saw you outside Nikel during a blue attack but I couldn't get to you :-). I tried though! While I don't like being in 3rd place, I'm glad the campaign is more competitive now. I have been leveling up a warden character so haven't been doing as much PvP lately but I'm happy to see the campaign is more alive than ever.

Side note, I saw a level 11 DC at Faregyl farm. I admire the guts to bring a low level guy into Vivec. He was running around light attacking the air with his sword. I felt bad for obliterating him. I'm sure one day he'll come and return the favor.

had a death recap close by the ash milegate with three well timed eye of flames - one of them was stoney's...never saw the player though...

almost killed myself trying to say "hi" to @Ballcap by nikel...i got all excited when I saw their name and went to go take a closer look, next thing I knew I was surrounded by less than friendly folks :)

I love playing cyrodiil when you can port from one large battle against one faction to another battle with the other faction...

I'll tell ya - I'm really digging Vivec...

I wonder if it's the same AD Werewolf crew, but now on EP.
I miss the old EP Skeleton crew.
What happened to the AD Wedding Dress crew?
I used to be in an All Female Toon guild in Skull. I think it was called Guilda Femina. I wonder if they're still around. It was fun running around with all female toons group, even though many of us were dudes.
