Thanks. I haven't really done much with it. Housing is not really my thing. Pictures and busts, few crafting stations.

I've visited very few houses. I'm somewhat ashamed of myself for what people can do with their little bungalows and here I have this giant empty island.

    Need to hire a decorater.

So ready for this campaign to end. Started strong at least. When the reigning emperor swapped to a blue toon to come smack talk in zone chat.......such a disgrace.

When I'm bored I sometimes pick random people from my guild lists and visit their main residence. I saw your name and was whisked off to Grand Topal Hideaway.

This is the first Argonian themed house I've been to. Nice work, dude. Top notch.

    Not at all creepy

I know! I mean, I've visited some player homes from a guild list too just to see what they've done and get ideas - or the guildmaster residence for crafting - but why do I always feel like I'm trespassing when I'm in there? It's not like they have their underwear on display. It's a weird feeling considering it's a video game and if it were private, the player would make it so...

Lol that is why I have mine locked up.

However, I would like to add folks on here to a list so you all can come use any of my facilities I put up.

If people have it on allowing visitor access then they have made a conscious choice to do so. The default is off. Actually, there's been a few times where the owner has shown up and they were somewhat flattered that they had a visitor.

People do like to show off their 'masterpieces'.

what kind of character have you been running on?

    I am running my magplar.

    berry interesting...i'm sorry @TequilaFire - i have an inquiring mind :#

    do you heal (destro/resto)?

set up to run mostly solo or group support?

how many pieces of heavy do you wear?

with a magplar - how do you deal with melee combat?

Sword and Board front bar, flame destro back bar.
    5 heavy magnus, 1 light, 1 heavy Skoria, 2 Torug's weapons/shield, 3 Willpower jewelry.
Mostly in your face/dps but because templar give off heals support.
    Very old school build. lol

@TequilaFire - your sword and board comment changed the way I play my magplar. I used to run destro/resto or dual destro but since switching to sword and board on my front bar it's been great.
I'm running 5xRattlecage, 3xWillpower, 2xTorugs, and 2xVicious Death. I went pure spell damage. The extra tankiness from the shield has been a lot of fun plus it looks great.

Yep that build is a lot of fun and can take a lot of damage but still dish it out.

And just want to shout out to the people I've seen in Scourge. I've probably fought against all of you at some point and it was always a fair fight. I really hope this thread will continue as we move on to Vivec or whatever the campaign is called. I know it's the same thing campaign rule wise but it won't be Scourge. It won't be Haderus, Blackwater Blade, Skull, Azura or any other campaign we have.

    It's been fun.

As long as the main contributors to this thread self police, and any new poster clearly understands the rules, we should be fine.

This thread is a safe haven to rant and publicly speaking here is far far more loose then any of the other campaign threads I have seen here.

For EP, Scourge ended last night with a scroll run and an all-players-united assault on Arrius and Chalman. For once, zone chat was filled with good vibes and a sense of unity. We may have spent many of our recent weeks getting our collective butts handed to us, but I honestly felt the EP love as I signed off the campaign for the last time.

Here's hoping our next big adventure will include a slightly more level playing field from a population perspective

It should, EP cannot hide in other CP campaigns anymore. They have to build for either, No-CP or CP now.

However, when I read this https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/349782/one-cp-campaign-is-ripping-my-guild-apart/p1 this is definitely a problem some guilds will need to keep an eye out for.

Well, Scourge is dead. Looking forward to cracking skulls in Vivec!

Heard a great analogy for all the traitorous Covenant playing their filthy Yellow toons to be winner. It's like a virgin sleeping with his sister. Doesn't really count.

Well, now if you see people swap toons from blue to yellow and back they should be easy to spot if they only play CP campaigns.

    Call them out on it.

I bought the collector's edition. I'd say it was worth the few bucks extra.

    However.......

The lag in Vivec was so bad I had to leave. Not fun at all, and this is with a lot of people out doing PVE. Also, the changes to CP and all the nerfs has left it feeling really clumsy.

I think some of the lag was game-wide (I experienced it even in a solo quest, at the same time as my guild-mates who were scattered all over Tamriel) so hopefully it was just launch-day traffic behind it.

I am struggling in PvP managing resources though. Doesn't matter how many CPs I put into reduce cost of break free, if I get CC'd I have none of my 33k stamina left after I get out of it. It's awesome hearing that "You're out of resources" click when you call on a skill after getting loose. Destro-Ults continue to melt me because now I don't even have enough juice left to dodge-roll out of the way.

To give you an idea of how busy yesterday must have been for ESO, I redownloaded the whole game (65Gigs) and with the traffic starting downloads took around 2-3 hours to get to around 20gigs...

It finally completed around 10pm EST when I started it around 4pm in the afternoon.

We can probably help you out,

Whats the build that you're running? CP allocations? What Jewelry glyphs you running?

    As a blanket statement, a couple of key things you should keep in mind with Morrowind;

Light Attacking does around 30% more damage [by itself, no CP buffs/gear buffs/etc]

Heavy Attacking yields more resource return

CP allocation has changed, if you 'front load' a few points into the star, you get much much more benefits from having 30 points into a star versus 100. There is a very helpful thread on how this works right here. Give it a good read.

Find a way to run Defile into the build, it scales to around 55% at 100CP into the star, you can literally make the targets heals worthless while you burst them down.

Healing itself has been toned down a lot too, when I was looking at my CP trees last night, I couldn't get my heal bonuses up as high as it was in Homestead.

wow, yeah, serious lag in rawl'kha...heck, all over at times to be sure...checked my network connections and had 25Mbps down and 9Mbps up - which is normally fine to play...

I was cleaning out some of my characters inventory at the rawl'kha bank and the freaking lag ate some of my disguises - the screen got "jumpy" and then that characters disguises just disappeared :#

    ran through battlegrounds 3 times...

didn't run into any bad lag...also didn't run into any serious sustain issues - every character I have equips either a bow or stave...so, lots i
    of light and heavy attacking...

used 3 different characters - surviving in battlegrounds was definitely a lot more challenging in light armor...

really need to get familiar with the maps - can't remember getting shot in the back so much in cyro/IC...

there are two cp passives which directly influence sustain: mooncalf and tenacity under "the lover"/thief...

I can't remember the thread now - but, some one had posted all the different abilities which also enhance sustainability (dragon blood, siphoning strikes, relentless focus, constitution, etc.)...

light and heavy attacks are a must...

you can use reduce cost jewelry glyphs on jewelry, purple or blue regen drinks...

unless you are built to stand right next to folks and hack away with melee weapons - bows and staves play a big role in keeping up damage output...

Hmm I just fired up ESO for the first time since the update and switched off about 30 mins later. Not impressed at all. Combat is very clunky and can't say I'm very enthusiastic about rebuilding 11 characters.
