Disclaimer: this isn't a serious build. So chill your egos because this build isn't intended to be a valid setup.
So for anyone who has checked out the PTS you can see that many of the new sets offer insane stats. For reference here's a screenshot in Cyrodiil.

No emp.
No imperial physique.
No continuous attack
No keep or emp buffs (blue owned nothing at the time).
Only self buffs (crit surge & hurricane).

I did have 10% from warhorn.
This is with an Orc. Imperial would have even higher stats but I wouldn't run imperial over orc or redguard anyways.
5x draugr
5x trainee
2x that new duneripper monster set

edit: just realized i didnt even grab a mundus stone on this pts toon yet either. updated pic w/ warrior as mundus

For reference my puncture tooltip was over 9k

@susmitds First, you realize this is just a PTS build, ya? Also you do understand that max stam factors into tooltip damage, ya? Also you realize this is 1h/shield, ya?

I get your point. It is just that Weapon Damage can be stacked much higher in case of Stamina builds. Weapon Damage also generally scales faster.

For s/b that is actually really high, with the extra stam that's pretty crazy

Except you would lose a lot health, stam, and magicka to add a set w/ just weapon damage. A wicked lot of it. Go look at the sets and see what they do - this patch it's kinda all or nothing stats wise since sets are so stacked. 3.2k 3.5k is pretty high for a 1h/shield as is w/o 50k stam. For reference, most people would say that 4.5k weapon damage and 40k stam would be pretty high. This has the same overall damage, just 12k more magicka and 9k more health than usual added to it, and it's 1h/shield.

@Ghost-Shot not that i disagree but you could get fairly equal stats using necropotence instead of draugr. Granted that set is pretty much limited to sorcs & nbs.

but this is with bound armaments and warhorn? which is like 18% more stam right? does anyone actually run either of those two buffs in pvp when solo? also you can see you are running most likely all infused aswell since your impene is 0. again not viable in cyro.

right now on live it is possible to achieve 4k+ WD and 40k stam with 30k health without warhorn and bound armaments. The only difference between my build and your build is you have 10k more mag.

    regardless though, nerf stamina

I know. I run a 4kWD 43k stam DK on live. Also no infused. It's all divines and 1 sturdy because that's what the boxes give, obviously impen should be used. So the WD is a bit higher than it should be but not by much. Bound armaments is run on 1h/shield builds fairly often. My no-warhorn stats are still ~32k health, 20k mag, 47k stam.

Also this post is for fun and only begins to outline the craziness of next patch's sets compared to what's on live.

Re: stam vs. WD: WD has permanent amps from FG passives, medium armor passives, sorc passives, and operational amps from Major/Minor Brutality. Max stam has amps from racials, Undaunted, sorc passives, CP, and an operational amp from War Horn. The amps for WD will never change, but the amps for max resources increase as you get more CP.

@DKsUnite yeah but this is just a further continuation of that. overally slightly higher stats than what you can already achieve on live (which is ridiculous) combined w/ duneripper set (or w/e its called) which is insanely strong. It's basically like running my live setup except i can spam my magicka utilities a lot more and have a bit more health/stam. In fact I take my live set and swap bloodspawn for dune ripper and 3x agility 2x night silence for draugr and you can get ~28k health, 10k magicka, 53k stam, 3.8k weapon damage easily which is more likely what i'd run.

What you see in the templates do not always reflect what you collect in the actual content. For example, the original IC PTS had gold Willpower/Agility/Endurance jewelry that never ever appeared in the actual game. In any case, a dev had commented at one point in one of the PAX streams that Trainee is a special set (available only on the starter islands) and is available only in training. I have not personally tested this, though I did come across one forum post where someone was complaining about only finding it in Training.
