    Gina said that locked RNG boxes were not planned at the current time. Crown crates are most definitely not locked RNG boxes. A locked RNG box is what CS:GO has, where you get the crate and then have to pay for a key to open it. They have not and will not be added, furthermore remember they said they "are not planned" over a year ago. Plans change, things change.

    Crown crates are a very different system and actually will likely work quite well. All cosmetic and you can save up Crown Gems for the specific item you want in a season. :smile:.

    The answer: absolutely nothing except your perception.

    It's whats in the box that matters. Your reasoning here about the keys and so forth makes absolutely no logical sense.

    No flying mounts because we need to interact with all those hostile creatures while riding, avoiding them by air would destroy immersion.

    In addition to the previous 'not going to happen' comments, a minor point of order: there are already Manticore in the game, and they don't fly.

    They might make cool mounts though...
