Bank Wiped - Missing all gear and other items!

Logged into one of my toons this morning to move my raid gear from an alt back to my main. Opened my bank, placed all my gear and weapons in and logged out. I logged into my main and when I opened my bank to withdraw the items, my entire bank was empty.
No gear, gold, tel-var stones, siege...nothing...just wiped clean.
I have read of a bug doing this in the past. I made a ticket, 160823-001387, and tried relogging and other common things. None of this has worked.
Only thing I have gotten in response was the general ZOS tech support saying auto response saying they "are not able to restore items that were destroyed or deconstructed!"
Hopefully, making a post will help resolve it!

✭✭✭✭✭I had this happen to me once, a few months ago. Opened my bank to find it completely empty. When I saw that, I immediately closed the bank window and didn't touch anything. I logged off.
