Edit: And to give credit where credit is due, that was an amazing defense that AD put up. Lots of dedication with 10+ FCs used, counter siege on the stairs, all over the top, and everywhere else something could be placed, and many attempts to push out.

You guys keep talking about zenimax doing something about pop but what does that mean? Taking away the option to choose alliance and race? If your faction is higher pop then others then you don't get to play pvp? It's free to play MMO it will not be balanced unless free will is removed lol.


AD has been pop locked lately, it's kind of annoying. GET OVER IT. Not much to do about it but as AD go over to pve or as DC/EP go to home zones and recruit pvers.

Buy to play, not free to play, thankfully.

And there are solutions or tweaks less dramatic than a draconian cap. Dynamic caps that scale with overall pop, for instance, and allow for a percentile unbalance.

Honestly, the discussion about pop caps would be a lot more useful if ZOS actually released any information about what the bars/lock actually mean, what the ranges of each bar are, etc.

Silly you, no they have options. If the pop is reduced and a faction is poplocked then they can play on other factions. Most of them flip flop anyways. Or another choice would be visiting another campaign and helping them.

How do you feel about when it is poplocked now? the players still have to wait to get in, it would be no different except more players waiting to get in.

I havnt been playing this game that long but I remember DC being pretty dominate when I first started? and I remember when I first got the game and before I got into pvp I read EP was dominate. Idk if its just cause I'm new but it really doesn't seem as consistant AD domination as you make it. Given a couple more months I bet ep will be back on top XD

Thats not true. Highest pop has bounced between dc and ad every few weeks. You can see the proof in all the previous closed bwb threads. People crying dc killing the campaign or ad killing campaign.

Well, I haven't really been playing much since last week, even tho I want to and this is mostly due to the persistent finger pointing at AD. Most of the AD on these threads aren't even the cause of the problem. Yet we are being yelled at, called liars and basically pieces of crap. I didn't spend hundreds of bucks on this game for my family & I... and still pay a sub, to feel like we aren't able to play or to feel bad about playing. I'm not going to a different server, the only one I love is bwb and if I cant play there, I'm not playing. In fact, before last week I hadn't really done any PvP'ing at all in a month. Why? Bc I felt bad. Id look at the map and see the pop and say, okay guess no pvp tonight. No one here can deny that AD has had the most pop lately. I may only be one person but I tried to do my part.

Now, I really hate arguing with ppl ( i know it prob doesn't seem that way lol but i do) so please don't take what I'm saying as jabs it is not meant that way. Really what I'm saying, I suppose is, as much as you guys (DC and EP) need us to see your side of things, not ALL of AD is playing and being the way you say we are. And, some of us have made sacrifices to try to help. I pve'd for a month you guys, PVE SUCKS so bad I hate it, hate it so much. All I wanna do is join my guildies and have some fun winning and losing battles. Just like you guys.

Just putting that out there. And please, don't suggest I roll a different faction, I would probably literally cry if I had to kill an AD, my blood runs yellow and I just cant change that lol! I hope one day ZOS does something to help the situation because honestly, its their fault things are like this by not implementing something to help control it in the first place.

i think honestly it just gets to a boiling point when time after time u die to the same group over and over again losing a ton of seige and ap from buying siege and losing them over and over again that the rage just builds up ... and unfortunately gets directed at a group of people as a whole instead of the actual people the rage is based from.... almost reminds me of this ....

As for the fight it does sound awesome. There will always be more and some of them I will get to be a part of. See you all on the battlefield again soon, sounds like there is a bit to do to dethrone and retake scroll. I look forward to it

What are you, a DC spy? Yes, Emperor Hardwell somehow cut a deal with EP to get our scroll back in exchange for Aleswell. I don't know how he did it. I guess he's just a really charismatic guy. I personally never talk to EP and kill them on sight. But I'll take that deal. Yes it was fun. Some EP still gave us an oil bath during the take.

Not a spy. I haven't been playing ESO that often and have a char in every Alliance. Today was the first time I played for Dominion on my low level Sorc, and I even fought with AD to take over Glademist. But then seeing this deal crap simply annoyed me.
