If they were going to fix something op, like they should have, it would be animation cancelation and macros. As well as gap closers, because we all know, DC loves to use the gap closers to exploit into keeps.
i can handle all those little things you mentioned, gap closers, animation canceling, and macros.
How it is OP? I can show you if you want. We can meet in BwB, and you stand on one side, my group stands on the other side. You jump up and down when you want to start and then we ( my 10 person group ) will jump up and down when we are ready.
We will kill you and walk away then come to the forum like AD does and tell you how we had skills and strategy.
If you can't see the problem then I don't know what to tell you.
Can't animation cancel - accuses everyone who can of using macros.
Can't solo pvp - 6v1's an NB and calls it skill.
Is presented with sound reasoning as to why population imbalance is bad for pvp - Flames poster and tells her to leave the game in order to justify zerging as skill.

Actually ZoS directly controls what goes on in their game and absolutely can do something about population imbalance. Just like battlegrounds place players on a team until the team is full and then leave other players in queue until enough players are in queue to form another team, ZoS should do the same thing with Cyrodiil.neither you or zos can force people to chose a specific server, so with actual reasoning, 1 server will always have a higher pop then the other, this is a fact that you cannot change.

Not you or anyone else can complain about the pop, under any pretense. Because as I said it earlier, neither you or zos can force people to chose a specific server, so with actual reasoning, 1 server will always have a higher pop then the other, this is a fact that you cannot change.
Also, there's a reason each side is limited to 200 each. If there aren't 200 people willing to play on your faction, that might say something about those who do.
This allows FAIR, FUN, STRATEGIC PvP game play. When the numbers are EVEN it comes down to which players are BETTER, more STRATEGIC, etc. I know a lot of people fear fair numbers and use every excuse in the book to try to shut it down because they don't want to be exposed, but in my opinion them players don't belong in a competitive pvp environment if they only wish to fight when greater numbers are the only determining factor in what decides pvp victories.
Players should not be able to enter a campaign where their faction already holds 1 bar higher population than the second highest population.

ZOS Confirmed: Dueling is a PVE skill.
ZOS Confirmed: Cyrodiil is for large scale WAR!
I wouldn't consider EP and DC 2 bars large scale... maybe we should all just leave and let the map turn yellow. Then sit back and laugh at how well you guys are doing.

I wasn't being serious. Actually, I thought it strange that they are bringing dueling but it will be outside of cyro. Maybe thats so the people dueling don't get trolled I supose.
They wouldn't be forcing them to do anything, players would be free to make that choice themselves. What they would be doing is balancing Cyrodiil so that it's enjoyable for all and not just some.
It's more likely people will leave the game and ZoS would lose revenue due to not being able to enjoy pvp because ZoS refuses to balance population then players leaving the game because they have to play fair.
Which would help the population imbalance and in turn cause more people to play since they would have a chance to enjoy themselves without getting snuffed out by superior numbers. They wouldn't be forcing them to do anything, players would be free to make that choice themselves. That is correct, players are free to chose which faction they play on, and it shows. We chose to play AD. And if zos made it so I couldn't, then I would just un-sub and not play the game at all. I would never play on DC/EP.

We all know that EP has the lowest population. If you are this concerned about population imbalance, why don't you roll an EP toon?
Why don't you ask the AD friends you're making pacts with that? Taking from the mid pop and giving to the small pop doesn't fix it. Taking from the large pop and gives to the small pop makes everyone mid.
Then again would prolly be the same since EP is basically AD's 5th-6th bar.
There is a difference between mutual understanding/indirectly working together towards a goal that is beneficial for both parties (what most would call common sense) and directly communicating with the enemy to form pacts and deals to trade keeps and scrolls. We all know that EP has the lowest population. The goal of my guild is to crown an EP emp and control those keeps. If another faction is emp, step 1 of that goal is to dethrone. We were a 20 man group attempting to dethrone the entire DC population. We could not so made a deal with AD to dethrone. Once the dethrone happened, we tried to push to get our scroll. Could not, so began on our main objective, emperor, and began pushing AD held keeps. We have would have done, and have done, the same thing if AD was emp. Repeatedly we have said in ts and zone chat not to attack dc when trying to dethrone AD. This should come as no suprise to anyone that if you hold emp, you will have 2 factions working against you.

Or did you mean "hunting down lone DC with a zerg backing me up" ?
So my 6 is a zerg? Ok.
I have been having fun with my small group pvp then people cry over getting in small scale pvp with us. Wow ok that is a sane thought. A lone DC nightblade gets spotted so we kill it as the other dc that was nearby hit stealth and left. Dead DC gets t-bagged then a hate whisper is received we ride somewhere else looking for another fight.
So now matter what a AD player does they get called noob or that they have no skill?
Just seems like some can never accept that they died in a pvp environment where anything goes.
*sigh* I guess some think they are superman and get upset when they get killed.
Oh well life goes on, see you all on the battlefield tomorrow.
6v1 and a teabag, you're a legit pvper. Duel Sora. Or if you don't wanna play in the big boy league duel me. Puttin it out there. I will 1v1 anyone in your guild, anytime. Oh...wait, you guys only make *group builds*
I've been playing more than "a couple months" and it's always been the same. That's also irrelevant to the conversation so I'm not sure why you even stated it.Some people have been playing longer than you and have repeatedly said that alliance populations and the dominant alliance changes every couple of months.

I did 1v1 you, up at the rock near Glademaist. You lost. I am in his guild.

Example: Earlier today AD was zerging the map to death and DC held Aleswell while EP help Chalman. AD tried to take Aleswell but was repeatedly repelled so they moved on to Chalman. I knew that EP losing Chalman would only hurt us in the end so my group rode out to Chalman and fought AD while avoiding all EP who didn't push into us. EP seemed to understand what was going on and also avoided us. We had a mutual understanding. Our presence was mutually beneficial to both factions. We didn't send each other messages coordinating attacks and trading keeps and scrolls.
90% of the time EP is out fighting DC while DC attempts to dethrone AD. I'm not sure if your guild is just extremely inactive or what, but the priorities you laid out only seem to apply when DC is emp.
Perhaps this is because AD often has higher population than EP and DC combined so you guys feel you have no chance against AD but see a good chance against DC, or perhaps it's due to the players who flip-flop between EP and AD so their allegiance is always to AD.
This is the way it is and has been since I started playing this game (in BWB that is).
I don't make "assumptions", I make observations based on factual events and pasterns I have witnessed over the half a year I've spent in BWB. It was refreshing to log in and see EP doing what they should do for once, most of DC was shocked (in a good way) to see EP trying to dethrone and try to get their scrolls back.We have been fighting AD for the past 4 hours and have not engaged dc at all today. That's because ad has emp. Remember, you only see a small portion of BwB and make large assumptions on everything else.
