No, I understand the concept of people constantly changing their name for low cost/free causing issues whether it's avoiding a bad rep they caused due to harassment, circumventing /ignore lists (both of which have a in game built in remedy @names), and other back end technical issues that can arise. Been in way too many MMo's to not know the same old tired arguments, if those issues where that much of a concern then we shouldn't have allowed name changes period, or put a limit on how many names changes you could do a month/day ETC.

Cost just limits who can/will buy it, I have 2 names changes I "need" to do I'm not spending 5k crowns to do it, I'm cheap and cant justify 40 dollars worth of crowns for that. Especially when Housing is coming out and I have a gut feeling that 90% of that system is gonna be hidden behind a giant crown pay wall.

You would have to be crazy not to think most of the housing junk will be locked behind the pay wall.

But ive said it before and ill say it again. I still think it is funny that when the bankers come out at a massive price it is because Zos is a company and needs money. But when name changes come out over priced it is to discourage people from buying.

People just want to say the reason it is high is to keep people from doing it all the time, when infact it is the same as the banker. They just want your money.

If it was truely to stop people from doing it to often there would be a mechanic in game to stop people. Say a timer. But there isnt. You can do it as often as you want. As long as you pay. So they arent worried about people doing it to often at all.

Contraptions

Movement speed is still not fixed, writ boards still can't be found in the Gold Coast.

New achievements have text errors, the Challenger achievements link to certain achievements that don't exist in game.

Race/appearance change is bugged, despite being your "star feature" that you were advertising so heavily.

GG ZOS. Maintenance tomorrow perhaps?

i get the feeling that zos is tryin to get ppl to stop playing for free and sub since so many of the "GOOD" things are for eso+ members only non members must pay out the ass for the same thing which make no sense and the pricing for the name change and race change is retared, im honestly thinking they wanna chase their player base away and /or turn into world of warcraft, so gina you explain to us why zos does all this , we know you knwo so giving the i dont know excuse doesnt work
