Keep calm and read again.... they fixed a bug... It applies not just to magicka, maybe you are affected, but then again, it means your stats were to high anyways...

I reported a bug. I had far less magicka recovery than on live EU. Gina said they worked on it.

Now, I learn my magicka recovery will discrease more again.

My build is already dead.

BUT, we will have less magicka so it's mean :

Less damage shields, less damage, and less pets damage (for sorc)

I tried a sorc pet build with 50k magicka, it's worked.

How much less magicka I will lost ? 1k ? 2k ? It's eanough to make the build USELESS

Everything I tested on PTS is wrong.

I farmed 46 dreugh wax, 12 kuta, 8 tempering alloys, 16 resin, and 900k gold for buy and make gold all the build I tested.

Now, it will be probably useless, and I don't even have a way to know before buying and gold it.

There is no maintenance anymore they are just waiting for the memes to keep coming...

You have no idea what you're saying. In WoW for example the community literally always has an Undocumented Changes list for new patches because the Patch Notes never include all the changes to the game. They do not listen to the community to update the Patch Notes with stuff they've missed either. You should be grateful rather than cynical.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Is Ozara still pinning more than four players in Veteran Sanctum Ophidia? There was a post last week which made it seem like the four-pinned-players maximum was for Veteran Sanctum Ophidia too, not just the normal version.

Any hope that the combat animation and skill bar lockup issues that have plagued the game since Dark Brotherhood was released will get addressed? These were particularly bad on the PTS when I reported them.

You forgot to mention in patchnotes that Reactive Armor proccing on templar's passive Sacred Ground was fixed. It kinda huge fix for pvp.
There is also not mentioned that game now support localizations. For example it is possible to chat on russian without using RuESO addon.

You missed the part that said, "in addition to the current benefit" meaning that just they added the pickpocket chance to the existing passives and changed the name.
