Khajiit thinks dialogue and ideas are good for the game. Fat Orcs hiding behind shields at all times is not good for the game... except in trials.

You need to have either no regen or remove block casting.

Imo i always found blockcasting to be against common sense. Why can i attack you with any ability, and still be blocking?

Also, they could make it so that moving while blocking would cost stam, just like sneaking, and cut off regen, but regen would come back if you stand still. That would work for me i think.

It's obviously possible for people at the moment to clear content without needing to regenerate stamina while blocking. Depending on the level of content it's even easy.

Before adjustments to stamregen while blocking are made I'd rather see the ridiculous DK Earthen Heart passive changed first since they can hold block forever and essentially regen Stamina and block-cast everything, because magicka regen does keep working while blocking.

And before people tell me that this'd homogenize classes, I'll freely admit I'd rather see ESO as a classless MMO, so people can actually "play as they like", and it'd also be closer to the Elder Scrolls games. Not likely to happen but one can dream.

it's already hard enough to get the stamina of a blocker down on 10v1, you now want the stam to regen?
why not give a regen while sprinting and 5k stam when you dodge roll
