@Mureel This happened to me two weeks ago and I discovered that my email attached to the game had been compromised and someone was trying to log into the game from Japan or South Korea. So ZoS' new security protocols are catching attempted log ins on compromised accounts.

Check your email and make sure the access history is only from where you live. Then open a ticket and you will get your account back as long as you weren't using a 3rd party program...

In my case they accuse me of speedhack (I swear on my life I didn't and would never do that and it makes Zero sense.) They have done before then realised it was latency that set off their 'new and improved' haxxorz detecorz but I have to wait for anyone with any sense to read my message. :-)

It's a 72 hour thing - but I know mine will be overturned because I know I didn't do it.

I thought so too, but sure enough the account DOES say suspended. it's just very small text to top right of account page, in same colour as the rest - so easy to miss it.

So you assume Zenimax is suspending accounts without even notifying the owner? I really can't imagine that, it would be the worst customer service possible.

They do. My notice was an email saying "We are sorry you decided to cancel your ESO Plus Sub etc etc" That's when (in a completely mature and calm manner) I sent @ZOS_JessicaFolsom around 40 PM's...

I was in Cyrodiil and there was lags like always (500+ ping everywhere) then i got crash and suspended

LOL ... now I got the "you used a speedhack and will be suspended for 72 hours" mail. And I friendly replied that I did not and that I can prove it because I videoed my game. I'm really interested whether Zenimax will answer to that.

Maybe their cheat detection system has a little problem?

Do what I said above, make sure your email is not compromised. There should be an option to see where your email is being accessed from and if you live in, say, California and your email is being accessed out of country then you need to immediately two step your email to your cell phone then change your PW etc.

For me and some of the others, we got tagged for SPEED HACKING even though we didn't.

It has nothing to do with our emails.

Also, you check that by checking where your account was logged in from.

One guy was recording and can show he didn't!

This is severely messed up and the 2nd time I have been punished for doing NOTHING WRONG.

Also, it is just plain rude, to just flat reply to me like *Well yes you did* when I've offered EVIDENCE that this has happened before and you were wrong then, too.

Please fix it. You've basically ruined my Friday night with this.

I never got booted, last time i played was 4h+ ago and everything was fine, apart from poor denizens of Tamriel finding out that Ego had a grand amnesty edict.
I don't even know when this happened. All i know i went to cut the grass in my garden, had lunch and took kids to bed to come back to a suspended account with 0 explanations given -.-

IDK but I cannot log in to check and I am only lvl one DB so have no passives that i know of.

IDK but I cannot log in to check and I am only lvl one DB so have no passives that i know of.

Don't have that buff either. My only "speedhack" is dodge rolling with the bow passive and the CP windrunner. Don't even use rapid most of the time. And honestly, with all the lag in Trueflame tonight, I couldn't even dodge roll most of the times.
