I thought so too, but sure enough the account DOES say suspended. it's just very small text to top right of account page, in same colour as the rest - so easy to miss it.
So you assume Zenimax is suspending accounts without even notifying the owner? I really can't imagine that, it would be the worst customer service possible.3 -

I didn't assume it, in fact I thought everything was fine on my account until I looked carefully, and it says Account Suspended, and obviously I have no mail relating to it.

- no reason for it, either
- no cheating, no exploiting, nothing else that would explain a suspension (even have videoed my kick-out-of-game where you can easily see what programs I'm running - no cheat engine there ^^)
so ...
the problem can't be on my side

(and No I absolutely was not using any speed hacks - I wouldn't even know how and honestly even if I could/would, whilst killing people with blade of woe? No.)
I had really low framerate here and there so I am sure is a bunch of false positives but still, way to ruin a whole night. V.0 -

xD It took them about an hour from when I got booted.
I was in a Bosmer tent in Rawl about to kill a sleeping bosmer and booted.

It is NOT funny.
We've been here since BEFORE launch and that's our evening, screwed all because other people cheated. I know I didn't and I believe these others didn't too because this happened to me before already once and they apologised and gave me a week free ESO etc.1 -

andy_s✭✭✭✭Same issue for me. I was practicing VMA and got kicked from server. Contacted customer support, they said I violated rules (hacking) and suspended the account for 72 hours. Luckly for me I'm recording all my runs, so no one can blame in cheating unlike some real hackers we have on leaderboards for weeks now.
