I just ran through Garick's Rest again real quick and couldn't find it.

It might be located somewhere else, though.

Apparently there's a few books like the journal from Summerset where if you do the quest grouped up with a friend and they pick it up, you never get to read it or add it to your library. Hoping to see those get fixed in the future.

What about the Tales of Tribute card-upgrade documents? Can those be made account-wide by clicking on the card?

That's a terrible problem. I had to play ToT just with my main character, to avoid missing some book. But if I would my alts to know these books... it would be impossible. BAW (Book Account Wide), the ultimate fix !!!

That's a terrible problem. I had to play ToT just with my main character, to avoid missing some book. But if I would my alts to know these books... it would be impossible. BAW (Book Account Wide), the ultimate fix !!!

A good solution while they don't solve the issue is to read the clue and then put it in your bank so you can read in your alts. It doesn't disappear even if you go to the location if it's in your bank. I did this with my characters and it worked.

Lots of good news in the PTS patch notes - gone through my missing list, and outside of the aforementioned ToT clues, there's 2 I'm still missing not mentioned in the PTS notes. Maybe someone can confirm if these are indeed currently unavailable?

- Elegian's Notes (part of the Blackwood prologue, can't return to the area it's in?)
- Letter of Execution (Shipwright's Regret, not interactable, stuck inside the fence post behind side boss 2)

Letter of Execution iirc had a weird hit box when interacting with it, but was readable. I haven't looked at it in a few months, but I can try running through there again to make sure.

I have conflicting information, and don't wish to waste my time looking in the wrong spot, so I'm hoping to have a location confirmed. Hoping to find Glorious Upheaval, and some sources say Imperial City while the UESP specifically says Imperial Sewers. Can it be found on bookshelves in the city above, or only in the sewers below?

Looking at this, the best idea would be to check every bookshelf in the sewers and Imperial City itself:

This was the last one I needed from Imperial City as well, it look me weeks but I eventually did find it on a bookshelf. My standard approach was to go up to the Temple District and check the shelves on the first floor of the building with the the AD spawn area, and then run downstairs and around the corner into the Rectory and check the shelves in there. The latter is a no-combat area with 8 bookshelves, though IIRC I found this particular book in the cluster below the AD spawn.
