BUG: Impenetrable Trait description is unclear

Here is an excerpt from the patch notes from Orsinium's launch:
Clarified the tooltip for the Impenetrable Trait on armor to clearly state that it reduces crit damage from other player characters.

Despite being in the patch notes, this tooltip clarification never actually appeared in Orsinium. It is still missing in Thieves Guild, and it is still missing in Dark Brotherhood on the PTS. It simply got lost somehow.

This is what the tooltip looks like on Live and on the DB PTS:

Yes, this is an old bug. And a very minor one. So why am I bringing this up now? It's because during the recent ESO Live episode, when asked about Impenetrable not dropping in PvE, Wrobel said something along the lines of PvE players not really knowing what this trait is for. And this is true--many players don't know that PvE enemies can't crit and thus Impenetrable is a PvP-only trait.

If the reason (or part of the reason) for omitting Impenetrable from PvE loot tables (Undaunted chests, vWGT, vICP, etc.) is because people might be confused by the trait, then the solution isn't to omit the trait from the loot table: the solution is to clarify the tooltip as originally intended.

Whatever the case, it would be nice if it this intended fix was actually implemented.

Tbf, I think most of us PvE-ers who have played for a while know that it isn't applicable to PvE - but agree that the tooltip still needs updating to say "from other players" just to clarify for new players - I am not sure how it goes for other MMOs, but people coming from single player RPGs are used to NPCs being able to crit on them and may expect that to be the case here.

I have to be one of the only people who at launch made myself all Impen gear to level thinking "wow, my crits are powerful, I don't wanna get hit by any!" and then quickly transitioned into PvP and didn't realize it wasn't PvE-appropriate for a long, long time, mostly as I didn't leave Cyrodiil for 6 months.

I even sort of thought that traits weren't very powerful at first, since my crafted armor didn't seem to mitigate damage any more than found junk.. which it didn't.

I also don't mind if such descriptions were like before - showing precentage of effect.

The new effect (old Sturdy trait) makes it good for players how do both pve and pvp.

Item traits on gear are not that determining for pve.
The most benefit that you can get from gear traits comes from 7pc divines on gold TBS.
This gives roughly 6% extra crit and crit dmg with Thief and Shadow mundus.

For example, if you do regular vet dungeons and pvp I wouldnt bother crafting a set with divines and just go with the impenetrable gear. Then you can switch between pve and pvp just by changing your mundus, buff food and jewelry.

I kinda think pve mobs should crit.
but I think their crit damage should be something manageable like 20% bonus damage.
or maybe their overall damage brought down to compensate.
there's just allot of crit defense you can get from gear and champ points that's completely useless for pve, at least the gear is easy to change.

or they could make champion points free to redistribute.
