There is two reasons why I think Sypher is doing this.
1. Help population balance in the game. Not sure how the EP population is on Vet levels but we sure do need some more EP players on the Non-Vet level.
2. Level a Argonian to take advantage of its poison resistance.
I guess after the next patch the new flavor of the month will be DK Stam Argonians.
