IC Dungeons Not Working

I purchased the Imperial City DLC a couple weeks ago so I could do the White Gold Tower with my husband. Well something is bugged and I can not enter the dungeon queue if I have anyone in my group. Which defeats the purpose of buying the DLC to play with my husband...

I can start the queue solo, but if I invite anyone to my group it kicks me from the queue. Or if I have anyone in my group with I click start queue absolutely nothing happens. Works perfectly with ANY other dungeons besides the two from IC.

I'm pretty mad. It's not just a little annoyance, It it completely preventing me from doing the dungeons after paying for them.

I've contacted support several times, and I got multiple copied and pasted message about group finder roles, and computer minimum requirements. No responses at all to any of my questions. Yesterday they sent me a message that said "sorry but due to the overwhelming amount of support tickets are aren't going to look at this any further..." Uh thanks for nothing.

Please help. Is anyone else having this issue? It's acting like I have not purchased the DLC, but I can run around the sewers and the IC... It's only the dungeons that are bugged.

I did find this thread with no answers. They are having the same problem.

@paul_j This appears to be a bug with the group finder in general. I also experienced and am a subscriber who has went to IC multiple times. Also I could manually form a group and enter, but there was no way of joining queue when with other.

@mrs_gibbs I also posted about this in an older thread about the grouping tool where Jessica was replying to some of the comments. I'm hoping that way she will see the comment (I also linked all the threads I found about this)

You may also want to put in a /bug in game if you are playing on PC.

Yes the DLC is enabled. As I stated I can do all the other Imperial City activities.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one having problems, but it's still frustrating. Especially since customer support blew me off. I'm sure they are swamped, but at least they could have acknowledged the problem or said "we are going to fix this in an eventual patch."

How does the /bug work?

Is your char a veteran?

There have been previous bugs with groups, where non-veterans players somehow got their dungeon mode set to veteran just by joining a veteran in group.

To fix it the non-veterans had to group up with a veteran, then pass leadership so the veteran player could change dungeon mode from veteran to normal.

Yes I'm v16. It doesn't give an error or anything. When you click start queue nothing happens at all.

Hey there. I haven't tried since but I'll be on the PTS tonight and see if it's fixed there. If it is at least we know a fix is coming

That would great! I don't mind waiting for a fix, as long as is DOES get fixed eventually.

I haven't had any luck finding a group to do WGT with me, and I would really like Kena.

Posting to add that this is still broken. We would like to be able to run it on veteran with friends who are not all VR16. After putting in a ticker a month ago and being told it was a known issue and would be fixed soon, there has been no word.

So only fix is to power level everyone you want to run with to VR16 and doing it outside the group finder with a dull party of four...

So they did reply that it was a known issue and that it would be fixed? That's good news, at least they are aware then! There is hope.

They didn't even acknowledge the problem or reply to me except to tell me that they would not be helping or answering me. I still haven't gotten to run WGT and I sent in a support ticket back in March.

Fingers crossed that it is fixed with the DLC.
