We're not allowed to put developer names in thread titles apparently (because reasons?), so I will refer to Wrobel and Wheeler by my loving acronym, WW2.
It's been almost 3 weeks since the TG patch hit PC. You made massive changes to balance and Cyrodiil, perhaps moreso than any other patch. I have strong opinions regarding your competency, job performance, and the specific changes you introduced in TG, but whether or not I'm correct, where is your communication? What do you think was a success and what do you think was a failure? Of the drunken experiment you tried with balance in this patch, what did not meet expectations and what over exceeded expectations? What are the balance priorities over the next few weeks in incremental patches (I know, try to keep a straight face); what are the balance priorities for DB? Do your opinions on the TG patch seem in line with the (sometimes overwhelmingly in agreement) forum feedback on your most recent work? Of the remaining massive list of bugs, which are likely to be fixed in incremental patches and which need to wait for the massive quarterly patches you're so fond of?
I'll leave this here for you again as well, since it was related to the lack of communication from people that need to be communicating:
http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/250487/so-many-are-furious-with-the-combat-team-development-whats-the-path-forward
No one is asking you to spend your entire day replying to posts, or any for that matter, but you should be doing a bare minimum of communication (even if it's through Gina) on your own end. The last post from either Wrobel or Wheeler was a post by Wheeler exactly 2 weeks ago on AP. Almost every Z tag on threads is from moderators like Molly telling people to be courteous in their disappointment and disapproval. I may only have black and white tv in my templar house, but I've been monitoring and ww2 hasn't said jack about where they think the game is at now that their balance experiments have had time to play out.
I don't know about you but for me it rings a bell that maybe if people want to get communication from Wheeler, Wrobel or Lambert, they should probably adopt a better attitude at communicating with them and learn some manners. No matter how frustrating the situation may be, it won't get solve by personal attacks and total disrespect.
beginning to suspect you are either Wheeler or Wrobel in disguise...makes sense seeing as Wrobel took forever and a day to make an account; no need to since he already has one named Frozywozy? I smell conspiracy.

No I'm not part of the ZOS team. I am just a person who has been going through Vanilla World of Warcraft, active in their forums and who has a pretty good idea about how we build a strong MMO and so far I have no reason to believe that this game is not going in the right direction.
EDIT: Did I forget to mention that I am extremely patient when I really want something to work?

Like I've said already multiple times.. If you ever played World of Warcraft in Vanilla, you would remember how much time it took to fix such basic things as the Warrior charge ability to make it work so you don't fall through the world (3years) and the combat bug that made you unable to mount for several minutes (5years).
Wait you've been waiting for 2 years?

It all makes sense now.
I never said that a company must get no criticism. Welcome in the world of people who twists my words around. I said that there is a way to communicate to ZOS if you expect them to answer you back.
My counter to this is that people patiently communicated to ZoS with little to no feedback in return for years. ZoS has formed the current tone by ignoring players and making them feel unheard, unappreciated or (in the pvp sense) unwanted.
Issues like this fall on the company to fix. The resentment has built up because of them and thier lack of communication. At this point they need to prove they give a damn.

Cause it's not like we've been waiting two years or anything...
Did I forget to mention that it's one thing for new players to say "give them time" but a whole other level of ignorance/stupidity for anyone that's been here since beta to say "be patient"

Except most of us would probably be content if they didn't respond to us directly but instead did relevant roads ahead, made their own threads, put out official articles - ANYTHING. They're either oblivious or management is making decisions to prevent sharing basic information, either way it's a problem indicative of a need for personnel change.
If you want to be quiet and non active, that only works when the game is functional. When crap has hit the fan and has been there for so long that it's now solidified onto the ceiling, that's when you communicate what you're working on, what your plans are, your progress, and solicit feedback to make sure you understand the issues the way that players do. You look absurd for white knighting them on a failure of basic levels of communication.

Look at the thread that @HoloYoitsu made with a proper reporting method based on proofs and videos. @ZOS_GinaBruno has been more than responsive and cooperative. We must encourage people to do the same instead of posting threads after threads crying about performances.

We got our first post from ww2 in about 3 weeks just yesterday:ZOS_BrianWheeler wrote: »We have been making incrimental changes to how the server handles abilities and items in combat as well as adjusting some back end work regarding how abilities prioritize their targets. Not a SINGLE word yet on the broken meta they introduced, not a single word on whether they even agree with players on how broken the meta is, not a single word on what's planned for the DB PTS patch coming in a month for combat and balance.

Having to wait for a new DLC to drop before any balance or performance changes are made is the strongest evidence that they have 1 intern working on "fixing" PvP, after he's done bringing the crown store designers their coffee and lattes.

I have to reply here after 2 days of inactivity on this post, Why..... Why something vague as Server changes and "back end work"
Whats the balance details? Are Stamina Characters going to get access to their own version of Proxy Det and VD?? Are you guys going to address the cluster that is VD and Proxy Det? Temps Radiant hitting like a ton of bricks? Gap Closers? What is being worked on? What will be loaded into the PTS along side DB?

A: "One of the changes we have planned for the next update is increasing the effectiveness of the Two Handed execute Reverse Slice against groups."
