Surprised his name hasn't been mentioned, he may be the best raid leader to ever play ESO..if not he is in the Top 3 all time conversation...

A huge percentage of the names listed came from those 4 guilds.
Not surprising, they'd be the players and leaders he's most familiar with, but this list is very heavily weighted in favor of the players he's played most with. Everyone on his list in undoubtedly a good player, but the list is really "Who's the best player I know?" which is a far smaller pool to choose from than "Who's the best player in ESO?"
For some more balance, I'd add a few people:
Crystalized (leader)
WRX (leader)
Hova (leader
Cloneinkk (leader)
Fire Shot
Naw Sunrest
Aerendyl Merith
Rooty-san
Casuale
Krim
Disclaimer: I'm trying not to include ppl who still actively play (or in Crys's case, lead), so as not to tick off everyone I don't mention, but there are a lot of excellent players and leaders still in the game who definitely deserve a spot on this list.
Second disclaimer: no disrespect intended, @Erudition , I agree with 90% of your list, I just think it could use more diversity to make it a bit more balanced.
You seem to have missed Elong off this list. Awkward.

Zazeer (Leadership) hands down, Brizz, AoE Barbecue & Asian are all hard to choose from for individual skill
Brizz is at the top of the list. That dude made a lot of people cry when stamina nightblade was considered "weak". And yes, there was a time when it was considered "weak".

Aetcharian
Best player I have played with/against. Mastered any class she played within all categories (1v1, 1vX, Group Play). Has defeated me in 1v1 fights with the most variety of set ups and the most times compared to anyone else by a mile.
Easily in my opinion, one of the best players to ever play the game. Surprised no one else has mentioned her.

Thrillhouse (snackbeard) was the first pvp streamer I came across and the guy I learned to sorc from. Technically he might not have been the best but he was so entertaining. He left for h1z1/smite a long time ago. I also really enjoyed the videos of zemez: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jp06U0BN5KE
Edit: a snackbeard highlight from back in the day:
