In fairness, though, I have yet to see a weapon drop from vMoL itself--only from the weeklies. It seems that drops in vMoL itself resembles drops in vWGT/vICP--i.e., certain bosses can only drop certain items. Given the ease with which to farm the weeklies (well, during the weeks when it's not vMoL), maybe this is ZoS's way of balancing the loot quality with the difficulty of the content?Edited by code65536 on March 28, 2016 4:51AMNightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

I would hope they have a sort of intelligent loot system in place, otherwise you'd have an immensely small drop chance per boss kill to obtain the one item you want.
As for weekly rewards I have so far received 4 weapons and 1 armour piece over the course of two weekly reward cycles. Having 13 weapons and only 9 armour pieces per set means that players will for the most part not be receiving the armour pieces which make up the majority of any given set as you cannot wear weapons in gear slots..0
