Choice between two DLC... Which is better?

✭✭✭Imperial City for me by a long shot.
2 new tough dungeons, lots of pvp and pve content, the city and sewers were epic and it gave you a great feeling playing it.
Orsinium was tough lore wise if your character wasn't part of DC. (I dont want to hear "you are a spy" because that just didnt do it for me), maelstrom was good of course and Wrothgar was quite cool.
But you asked which was better and for me it was Imperial City.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭LOL at everyone who thinks that IC is only about PvP.
The most challenging and rewarding 4-man PvE content in the game (vWGT, vICP) requires IC. Spell Power Cure, Imperium, Kena, Lord Warden (after the recent buff), and Scathing Mage (after the recent buff) are all highly sought-after sets from those two dungeons.

Depends on the time of day you play, luck and lots of other things.
I work 3-11p, and usually do a writ in IC with my hubby after work. I do like the repeatable/writs in IC because the stories make sense as repeats (yes, I'd go do "these things" again). By sheer chance hubby and I tend to play EP in IC, and the other night we ran into a cloud of AD. A few more EP joined us and we had a back-and-forth battle for ... heck I don't even remember which area it was (the Locano writ if anyone recalls it) that was just lovely.
A word about PvP in IC - the rapid (instant) respawn makes dying less of a big deal, so someone not super skilled in PvP (like me) can relax and not care so much about dying because unlike Cyrodill, it's not a "wait forever until someone deigns to rez you" nor is it "ride for (subjective) hours to get back to the battle and find it's already over" - instead it's pretty much bounce back into the fun.
And I second and third and fourth the suggestions to sub and try everything.

He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.

Definitely Orsinium. Wrothgar is my favorite zone in the game by a long shot. I like Imperial City, I often do the daily district quests there, sometimes I enjoy the extra element of danger that I might run into gankers, and I've been doing the group dungeons lately too. But Orsinium (aside from the lack of group dungeons) is more or less exactly what I want in a DLC.

If given the choice of Which DLC to purchase I would place IC last. In terms of actual content that is lasting, it is the least promising.
Some of the best armor sets are in the dungeons. It's pretty difficult to get a non guild group to run them though. You'll spend more time in que than actually running the dungeon if you try to do it the PUG route.
IC has it's moments, most of which are obsolete with the newest dlc1 -

Honestly, id ignore imp city unless you want to get ESO plus, there just isnt enough worth the time imo. Its good looking, its a bit of fun, butt he only reason it has value is the jewelry set grid, and its not as vital with other v16 jewelry coming (and you can buy it all)0 -
