Hmm, was constantly getting error 201/108 on EU PC 64bit. Then I ran the application as Administrator and went right through into game first try.

Ya my laptop running windows 10 radeon hd 4200 maybe slow to play but was working before todays update now crashes when launching the game from launcher

Radeon HD 5000 series started support fully DX11
so probably you cant play with 4200

Which brings the question since Directx 11 now being used does that mean older ones like Directx 9 no longer will run the game?

Then the following information should be given prior to owning the game size of game (over 50gb) and need Directx 11 to run...

I don't know why but its working fine on my end, but since its the first time using it, usual long loading screen I guess occurs after loggin' in.

With addons too!

I have C++ already, so no error. No crashes since too! I'm playing it by Windows(fullscreen) x64bit Windows 10.

Please add a 64 bit launcher or an option to launch the 64 bit client from the current launcher.

I am on EU server, there is alot of craches of tthe game and game is completly freezed...
Also my microsoft c++ redist is newer that one of your link at least my comp says
I am on WIn 10.1 64bit and i cant start 64 bit version of the game due to "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b"

Please help and advice what to do ?

Same here. Not sure what's causing it. Tried every solution, including manually overwriting the .dll files in both System32 and SysWOW64.

EDIT: I installed C++ 2010 and it solved my Application error issue specific to eso64. Still can't get past the login screen tho.

win 10 32 bit client 50-100+ fps in game (high graphics), in pvp 1-2 terrible fps most often dont know why (doesnt make sence if change to minimal/max graphics), with everything same but 64 bit client 21 max fps in same places where i have 50-100 fps with 32 bit client.. someone can advice what can be a reason?

Hi, I still have this problem the whole (0xc000007b) error message when I try to run the 64bit version. I have tried every fix listed here and elsewhere other than reloading my entire system (which I've read some people have tried with no success) and the only thing I can see that might work would be to upgrade to 8.1 or even 10 on Windows which I refuse to do. Windows 7 runs every other 64bit program I have just fine including WoW64 with no problems at all. I'm not going to cave and upgrade. If someone has a real solution to this problem, I'd love to hear about it. I even tried running in safe mode with network function and get the same error, even running as Admin. I guess I'll just keep using the 32bit version for now and when it goes away, so will I.
Thanks in advance to anyone who has light to shed on this situation.

I noticed from your screenshot that you are using a mobile graphics card. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but ESO does not support mobile GPUs.

Mobile graphics cards do not meet ESO's system requirements so there is limited troubleshooting we can offer.

First, you should ensure your video driver is selecting the correct GPU for ESO by opening either the NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Catalyst Control Panel and ensuring that ESO64.exe is making use of your primary GPU.
NVIDIA
Open NVIDIA Control Panel and select Manage 3D settings.
Click on the Program settings tab.
Under "1. Select a program to customize:" click the Add button.
When prompted, click the Browse button and select eso64.exe
Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\.
Under "2. Select the preferred graphics processor..." select High-Performance NVIDIA processor.
Click Apply.
Close NVIDIA Control Panel and launch the game.

Vertical sync- Off
