Simple request, since yall are over there.
less 1v1, more group spec testing. i dunno run a couple 5v5s or something, even 12v12s, cause honestly testing 1v1 does NOT show us anything substantial for small - medium group play, which the bulk of the playerbase does.
Like< i aint bagging ya for 1v1 right, but yall arent really testing how classes work together or anything, at least not publishing it. So lets see more of that, k?

Many group guilds wanted to make a 12vs12 testing but now we have a non cp campaign and no one wants to play on it. Blame zos, not the players

Lame excuse; do it anyway considering a non-cp camp is going in regardless. The data will benefit the community and show if this is actually a good idea or not.
For the first day of EU chars transfered we had around 20(!) players just testing non-CP/dueling/fooling in Cyro. Its in the motto of #bringbackcpcampaign. Some uys from guild wanted test their skills in new enviroment, but with lacking "501", we're forced to re-craft all equipment - just to match our prefernces. In addition - NA players are in even worse situation, when it comes to stats (given purple gear, low foods, weak potions etc.). If you turn CP on, then we can talk about group(zerg)-science.

The No CP campaign is ALL ABOUT SKILL. If those people can't PVP effectively with NO CP then maybe those people should go play solitaire.........
People were PVPing prior to CP coming out with TESO and weren't whining about it then. Buck up up and go fight in groups to see how it is. I'm NA but will try and get in there with a template tonight.

I hope you are also aware that when we had no CP in 1.5 we still had the stats and recovery that got taken from us with the introduction of the CP system.

You don't get it.
With the CP cap and very generous catch-up mechanic, there isn't much of a huge disparity between players any more CP-wise. A fight between two CP501 players is as much about skill as is a fight between two CP0 players.
What does matter is that CP has changed people's builds, particularly when it comes to sustain. With CP, a magicka player might run Kagrenac. Without CP, you might have to switch that out for Seducer's. With the amount of mats and effort people have put into their end-game gear and build, no-CP means nothing more than an expensive hassle of rebuilding. And for what? CP0 vs. CP0 is no more skillful than CP501 vs. CP501.
No-CP campaigns made sense pre-Orsinium, but now it's a solution in search of a problem.
