$8.55 Stolen From My Bank Account From Elder Scrolls Online. PLEASE REFUND ME!

So I personally (with my account logged in [@Osuten]) get redirected to Steam whenever I purchase crowns. I guess when someone does not have steam they purchase them directly via the ESO website. So I was going to buy some crowns (750 crowns) for a friend but since they're untradeable I got on the phone with him and had him log in on the ESO website (he doesn't have Steam) and when he got to the check out I told him my card number etc. and it said it couldn't complete the process. However I still have the $8.55 missing from my bank account and its labeled as "ELDRSCROLS - ROCKVILLE, MD" which I know wasn't from me because I go through Steam. Furthermore, he didn't even get the crowns which maybe if he did I might not be so upset about this matter. But now that its all said and done we managed to use an alternative for what we needed the crowns for so I would really just rather get a full refund if at all possible. If needed, my username is @Osuten and his username is @SirCanicus.
PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ESO/ZENIMAX I AM A BROKE COLLEGE STUDENT!!!!
