Overload is a ultimate and wrecking blow is a skill. They both have counters. Camo Hunter is a buff that procs multiple times on one hit in addition to that hit. That is the problem. Is curious...if a camo hunter have a 15k of damage....is broken....but Wrecking blow or Overload are okey....
Don't like Camo hunter? well....621 gold is the solution.....remove the vampirism and problem solved!

Basically, while wearing this set, if you don't take damage for 12 seconds you receive a PERMANENT 12040 damage shield (until you get attacked of course). We're talking about an anti-gank set here. That's awesome.
I'd wear it and RIP ganking
I do not think they know that themself, prolly after their "fix" we see 5 camo procs at once again because their non-existant "internal testing team" did such a great job.GreenSoup2HoT wrote: »ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »We're not changing the ability, we are fixing the exploit as discussed in this thread.
When you say "fixing the exploit", are you referring to "Camouflage Hunter" proc'ing more then once?
Duel Wield heavy attack's specifically?
Or the 0.5 second's of time where all ability's can take benefit from the stealth modifier thus proc'ing "Camouflage Hunter" for all attack's within this time?
Since you are not changing the ability, can i assume that you can still hit your enemy with the first stealth proc and have a chance for the 15% chance proc to happen as well?
What you said is a little vague because the exploit with "Camouflage Hunter" is proc'ing the ability more then once. However it technically can proc twice if you factor in the 15% chance with the stealth proc.
I'm just wondering what is actually being fixed here. Camouflage Hunter is not working as intended because there is no internal cool-down for the stealth 100% proc.
-Is there going to be a new Internal Cool-Down?
-Or is the 0.5 second's given for the stealth modifier being changed?
-Will only 1 attack from stealth benefit from the stealth modifier?
As a nightblade this is crucial information since we relie on this stealth modifier damage.
Will console need to wait till next dlc for this change?
I'd also like to add, it may be a good idea to talk to Wrobel to have the % chance to effect all other enemies bumped up to 10%

The games dps would suck without canceling and feel very 1 buttony. Canceling adds a skill set to the game especially on console where there's no macros.
Lol, did you just imply macros = skill?
No he said cancelling is skill but the problem on pc is that you don't know who is cancelling properly and who is using macro, console you don't have that problem.

If zos is really just fixing the death re-cap i'm going to laugh so hard. I agree though, their testing team is complete garbage. Back in the day.... how do the miss the fact camo hunter was stacking endlessly? Such a joke lmao.
It's not like a care if it get's fixed for now... more fun for me with my radiant mage light sentry build.
GreenSoup2HoT wrote: »@Alcast
You gotta pair the Sentry set with radiant mage light. It increases RML radius by a ton. You can see those magicka nb's so easily while they cloak. The only crap thing is using 2 slots for RML. Sentry also make's detect potion radius larger aswell. If you have RML on as well... i can see stealthy's on the second floor of keep's while im on the bottom lol.

Sentry and RML do NOT reveal ppl that are cloaked. only INVISIBLE get revealed. Cloak is not invisible status.

Actually RML does reveal cloak and @Xael posted a video showing this very thing around the time IC was being tested on PTS.
Also Cloak is invisible, what it is not is stealth. The difference being Stealth is sneaking and Cloak is invisible. Even the spell descriptions say this and the passives in the Assassination line make the distinction between Stealth and Invis.

Interesting, then my testing was very sloppy, tho i could swear NBs still cloaked infront of my face although I had Sentry on me.

I am not saying sentry works, I have never tested it.
I am however saying RML does work. Cloak disappears for a split second but you still see them the rest of the duration.

It is a buff, like surge or rally. It should work the same way those buffs work rather than adding 2-3 additional hits along with attacks.Cinnamon_Spider wrote: »Overload is a ultimate and wrecking blow is a skill. What? Camo Hunter is a skill too, (at least in my game, you need a slot in your skill bar to use it)....a skill almost useless against non vampire players....
And of course can be countered, shields, healing skills and dodge are in there for some reason....
In addition, the best way to counter Camo Hunter is remove the vampirism and play in the same conditions with non vampire players....is very easy
