yeah you literally HAVE to range him down. can't get anywhere near him.

Nigel is Stalker. Awesome emp, not much damage though, he's a tank build and he's only dangerous if you don't get out of blazing shield's melee range. His group's way more dangerous than he is, the mistake would be to attack him instead of the group (though he's scary enough that you'll likely do it anyway).

And yeah, have to range him down, and absolutely can't solo him like some weaker emps. I was at Alessia farm 4-5 times earlier today and was trying to kill Nigel with the guards, couldn't even do that (was keeping the guards up with vigor while he was there. Each time his group members just came in and forced me out though. Can't fight him and his group).

He gave so few *** about taking damage he'd just run right onto the flag on his horse XD

Ya I was one of the fools that tried to melee Nigel a few too many times and just ended up dead. I'm not the only one because there was a time that we were trying to get Glade back and I spent all my time there rezzing dead body after dead body.

You are absolutely correct, the best way to kill Nigel was to range him down. I felt he wan't much of a threat but was very very tanky.

I really enjoyed the battle at Roe last night to dethrone the Emp. Great job everyone! I'm not a big fan of AD or EP but would like to thank EP for helping dethrone. Thank You!

DC:

I am disappointed in some of the things that has been happening recently. I won't mention any names but there is a group leader, I think is fairly new, that is really destroying our alliance objectives. For example, one bad decision yesterday cost us Glade, Warden, and 2 scrolls. This so called leader took 20 members of our alliance to take back DC keep, but did not help defend until it was already too late.

Also, I don't know how many times I logged in just to see everyone Fighting at Bleakers or attacking Chal. Why? AD was the major threat, they had Ash, and they had all the scrolls.

Well enough of my ranting, and sorry for calling you ( DC ) a bunch of turds this weekend. I just get frustrated sometimes when I get killed allot. I just wish we had that crew we had the day after Christmas; everyone had that killer instinct and everyone worked together and knew it what needed to be done. Lately its just been the opposite.

The dethrone was awesome, made all the better after suffering hours and hours of pain fighting AD Emp and his merry band.

I wonder if we'll see a Nigel version 6? Doubt if he could come up with anything more annoying than V5, maybe I shouldn't tempt fate.

I wish I could stay awake, it seems all the fun happens around 10 > EST.

Here is me at 9am coming up with excuses to go in BwB, knowing very well that at around 5-7am every morning AD/EP decide to ninja the whole map/scrolls knowing that its easier for them when they dont have to actually fight anyone.

If anyone wonders "hey why isnt Jaremaru helping fix the walls?" its because i already spent all my AP early morning fixing every wall in cyrodiil lol. not a complaint its my duty as a daytime explorer, just expect me to save my nighttime AP for mothering the map in the morning

on another note, coming from a background of playing DAOC (dark age of if you dont know, your dont need to).

I really enjoy the pvp as it reminds me of RvR but in a more advanced way. wheres the /assist button so I can have my group all hit one target :P

the original ZERG ball with PBAOE in the bridge towers/milegate's , we are lucky in ESO that we dont have mass stun/mezz lol

Perhaps, between EP swapping back and forth between their blues to try to stick the campaign for blue and farm blue emps, its pretty funny to see red basically do what they want.

Then again, reds and blues have been in bed together for a while. I got a rather beautiful d tick killing Mjolls entire group trying to take brindle shortly before the screen above was taken. AD had brindle maybe an hour before this, Mjoll tried to take it, got rekt, and later blue was like 40MANZERGITDOWN.

On another note, I especially liked the bleakers circle jerk red and blue had going while they held AD to fare most of yesterday.

Its only a matter of time before AD realizes not supporting whoever is in first is what costs people campaigns. But, I can do this forever.

Silly cat man, there was only 5 of us who went to brindle most of who were extremely intoxicated (as always). We wiped because we didn't care. i shield charged in all the way to the front flag because Yolo so i took all the aggro with no heals with a few AD as well. you weren't alone, sir. You're my favorite person in BwB to mess with. I can press the ctrl button on your body twice and then you send me a paragraph of text in offline mode. it's my favorite pass time because you always have something to say and you always end up making my nights so thank you.
I think the best part is you still believe in #BwBConspiracies. Like EP and and DC intentionally team up on you for some personal vendetta behind your over-inflated ego. DC has their own separate reasons for turning the map like it is in the above post. I wasn't even online to see it except when i logged in at midnight to take this picture. You can whine and complain all you want about how many times you don't get emp but the only person suffering is you. If you really wanted emp you'd rally the AD and try to inspire a push instead of yell at them for "not doing their job". In fact, that's why you don't get it on any faction. I've been in GoS teamspeak before and I've seen/heard you lead groups. You're a great leader but you lack the patience to try and treat with the same respect you believe you deserve yourself.

Overload sometimes bugs and gets stuck in heavy, any sorc knows that. GG. Funny thing is when you died it was actually 3 light overloads plus an execute from me, but selective memories are selective.

Onto conspiracy theories eh? Riddle me this batman, when Jay was emp last night, blue didnt defend the ring, and man's group casually pvdoored it to crown him while jay and co sat in fare for three hours. Even at roebeck for depose/crown, blue didnt show up, it was actually AD that tried to stop red from brindle/nikel.

Even funnier is how during all this, altadoon ends up in red hands after blues just magically disappear. I smell a trade, bad trade but a trade nonetheless. Just the most recent example. Sorta like how today during Man's reign blue kept hitting yellow the whole time until they decided to backcap us on the depose at chalman. Hell during that templars emp reign for DC two days ago, reds flat out came over and kept attacking the yellows, even sending us tells about how they were gonna defend that blue emp, blahblahblah. We all know why.

Tell me again how red/blue arent in bed together. its not exactly a secret. Additionally, you bragging about the double team on yellow in this thread only reinforces it.

At the end of the day, I am a four time emperor. Been there, done that. Will probably get it again soon. You say I am suffering, who is really suffering is AD because of your little alliance. But thats par for the course. Another will rise. Remember, I got Catman emp despite everything. Ill do it again. Its what I do. You can only repeat yourself so many times to people, could have the patience of mother theresa, but many people wont listen, have their own agendas, or are part of that guild that swaps between blue and yellow (yeah we know who they are, too).

I haven't played this game in 2 months because life. The fact that you STILL think I am responsible for anything in Blackwater Blade shows just how deluded you are. You killed me. I saw it. Congratz. That's what happens when i don't pay attention. Any REAL Sorc wouldn't get there overloads stuck. I should know since I have one. I also remember when you got emp but know one else does because your reign was so quick nobody cared. You weren't very impressive either. I have a very selective memory too and you're all I remember killing.

You're still missing the point though. I just didn't want to sound to harsh but I guess I have to spell it out for you. The map looks the way it does because Jayone doesn't like you. You didn't get pushed on AD because AD doesn't like you and you sure as hell won't ever get pushed for EP because EP doesn't like you. All you do is salt and QQ. AD doesn't suffer at all. They've done just fine in the last campaigns before this one without you so i'm pretty sure they'll do just fine again.

BTW. That Altadoon take was MY guild. Don't mind us though. We'll probably just play monkey in the middle with DC and AD can be the monkey. That was ALSO my guild who took Blackboot and Bloodmayne while DC had emp the day before too because we thought it would be funny to take your scrolls. We don't care about the map. We just run shenanigans.

Youre making a lot of assumptions about how much people like/dislike me. Those that matter, well they actually happen to like me quite a bit. The egotards that dont like the truth forced on them, yeah they get a little butthurt from time to time. See, unlike them I can handle the truth. You might have stumbled upon my motive, actually. Well done, props. I dont come to blackwater to save it, though it is near and dear to my heart as all of my non-AD vets started there (first EP emp after all), i come to smack around people and get AP.

And believe me I get AP. Or hadnt you noticed? You really think its just about emp to me? Mate, former emp passives have been gone for six months, I have my costume dye and titles. I do it cause its there. And dont say I cant get it in vet, been there done that twice. Lyzara (1x BB, 2x Haderus), Catman (1xBB). If anything I figure if they crown they crown, if they dont they dont, but im gonna chug along on AP gains cause ya know, leveling out already sergeant or first sergeant is kinda nice for vet.

Oh and before get into a little more... Catman was a testbed build. He wouldnt have been impressive on his best day. Besides, I got emp at like 9 in the morning with less than 10 people helping, and got zerged the hell down from the moment i got it. Hell two of my keeps I was alive in when they flipped, because it was just number blobbing. DC was quite small back then.

Then theres also that blackwater doesnt lag to hell and back like Azuras and Haderus. Id play my vets a lot more if Zenimax could ever fix their game. In a way, BB is my escape for the crappy network this game is plugged into. What really amuses me about it, is how people seem to hold grudges, or in most cases never had a dog in the fight to begin with they just sheep it up cause someone told them to (lol).

You dont like my attitude? Cool beans, I wouldnt like it either, but every time I school some 501 champ bad in blackwater trying to farm the noobs, it makes me smile inside. It does disgust me that zergblob meta from azuras has permeated the nonvet though. Meteors, barriers, purges, even steel tornado spam. But I digress, at least most dont have det yet. They level out too quickly for that.

One last thing, the overload bug, no sorc can escape it. Ask Ezareth, he has complained about it for months. You calling him incompetent? To fix it you have to bash out of it, and oftentimes until you hit something and it flytexts, it doesnt even animate so you have no way of knowing its firing besides ultimate counter dropping like a rock. But hey, you have a sorc, you should know this.

I truly couldn't care less if you got Emp. I am EP. You're AD. it's my objective to prevent you from obtaining it. That's the name of the game. Sorry, Bae.

But the backroom deals with DC? I mean I just watched someone who clearly is from your guild or runs with you dock a scroll in Warden on a DC toon. Seems legit. I suppose now you wont defend BRK on the blue emp push this morning or something.

True. I don't consider myself a threat either. I have nothing to hide. That toon that ran the scroll BACK to Warden was me on my brand new DC NB. There is no conspiracy. I sieged with pugs, killed EP took the scroll and ran it. I'm DC. They're EP. That's an enemy scroll so I took it. I'm sorry if it bothers you so much but like i've said previously in this thread. You give me so much credit. I'm not as organized as you think and if you're not red, you're dead (as the saying goes for me on EP).

you and defialed need to kiss and make up:) and yes there is likely foul trade going on, but honestly I have more fun in blackwater blade than I do vet severs. At least in Blackwater blade I dont have to deal with 27K damage shields from non-emp players. its not in that bad of a state right now.

I've heard of the WARDEN + DragonKnight + DC spy scroll steal but today was the first time I actually saw it happen up close.

EP so pathetic that they need to do this to get a scroll back.
