I do not understand how Alliance Wars works? I am just keep riding horse and hardly seeing any other alliance players to kill.

Huge maps are big dissapointed should have shorts map..

Follow the zerg !

Check the map & if you see a keep that is under attack , then head toward it... you'll find some players.

Use the transitus (sp?) shrines to get closer, faster.

Run into the lag!! Once your FPS goes down and your latency goes up... You'll know you're getting close.

Lol yeah it gets like that sometimes, especially if you've got a slow horse..
If you're new, your best bet is to join a group and follow them around to where the action is. The normal method is to type something like "lfg" (to signify you're looking for a group) in zone chat when you're in Cyrodiil.
If that doesn't work, just keep an eye on your map to see what keeps/resources are under attack, then go pounce on them straight away.
You'll sometimes see an icon of swords crossing with the colours of the alliances in the area. This shows that there is a fight at that location, so I usually go check that out as well.
Though like I said, to begin with, just join a group the second you hit Cyrodiil, but take note of actions they take so you can better understand it instead of just mindlessly tailing behind.

Guide to Surviving Cyrodiil

If you open your map, keep an eye out for Crossed Swords. Those indicate that a battle is ongoing/has taken place at that location, so you can head there to find some opponents to fight. Just... be careful. Guerilla Fighters from opposing alliances will most likely be waiting in ambush along the most used travel routes.

Like others have said, check your map to see which castles are under attack and where the battles are.

Other than that, Rapid Maneuver will be your best friend
