@Freeman - as stated in the Overview, those two issues were not fixed in this patch, but will be in patch 2.2.2.

Imperial City
General
- Imperial City daily quests can now be completed concurrently instead of one at a time.
@ZOS_GinaBruno
Were the mob mitigation and ability resource cost bugs fixed in this patch? Would be good to know especially with the Vet Maelstrom Arena challenge added now. Didn't see the notes for them.

- All Ogrim, Daedroth, and Grevious Twilight will now properly drop Monstrous Teeth in the Imperial City and Imperial Sewers.
- Fixed an issue where you were unable to obtain VR15 loot in the Imperial City that was normally available in the Live client.
- Increased the drop rate of set items from the White-Gold Tower and Imperial City Prison dungeons by approximately 2.5 times their previous rate.
Why is this stuff fixed for the PTS rather than the actual game?

In light of this I highly suggest you postpone your Veteran Maelstrom Arena event by one week.
This is extremely unfair for the NA population, as their chance to get on the leaderboards starts this week, and they will have to deal with the 50% damage mitigation & the high ability costs bug, while we get our character copy next week with 2.2.2 and these issues will be fixed for us.
With these bugs, I personally don't believe the veteran maelstrom arena can be finished, meaning the people from NA won't be able to complete the event.

And the character copies, too. Next week, when you copy EU, NA players will be stuck with templates.
You need one week where NA players have their actual characters, and you need one week where EU characters have their actual characters. Templates are at a major disadvantage competing against properly optimized builds.

While this patch does not address the current issues with monsters having 50% more mitigation or ability cost being higher than intended, they will be fixed in patch 2.2.2.

This was really the only fix I was hoping for.

At last!Guild
Mages Guild
Inner Light: The Magelight from this ability will now disappear when the Magelight setting is set to off in the Settings menu.
Congrats ZOS on the change to hidden ressing, you cater once more to zergs that can openly res people because of sheer numbers.
Well done.

This pretty much - love fighting outnumbered not including the people ressing, and the people dead. What the hell is the point of this change? To ensure I can never recover friends bodies?
Anyone with more than 501 Champion Points on their account will have their points reset when first logging in, to ensure they are under the new Champion Point cap.

I would hope it's at least before this competition they have comes to an end. I didn't see anyone on the leaderboard, ever. Meaning no one has completed it yet
Everything you said is nothing but commonsense issues... If they want *** to be harder gives the mobs more hp, it's that simple don't cut my damage in half. Also yea sure this is for fun... But half damage plus resource bug makes it next to impossible even for skilled players. No one has finished vet. ZOS is silly because they could have waited one week to start the contest it's that simple lolanitajoneb17_ESO wrote: »SleepyTroll wrote: »ZOS is so silly
How about learning some respect, young padawan ? I'm pretty sure if they could have solved this earlier they would have.
I play on PTS with a template (meant to be a "clone" of my main VR16 on live EU) she's VR14 with VR14 gear. I don't have my usual addons thus no numbers, but when exploring / questing / doing delve bosses, the feeling is just the same as any other solo/quest zone with a toon of the same level. (that means : easy to too easy).
I can't seem to be able to solo world bosses unlike I used to in other zones (but I haven't tried very hard either).
Haven't tried public group dungeons or solo arena yet. Obviously many people managed the normal version already so the difficulty must be ok.
All this to say I'm not sure of the impact of this bug on the doability of the vet arena. And yes obviously the conditions will not be the same between the 1st week and the 2nd but the scoreboards won't be shared anyway, and yes, EU will have a slight advantage, but c'm'on guys, this is only a for-fun-contest on PTS.
