I had an idea for if things get real crowded in there, we could open a guild store (I think trader and store are separate?) we could just sell everything for one gold? All funds go straight to the guild, not that 1g is all that much. We could try and make sure that there's always the same stacks in the bank, and if people don't want to spend the gold we can just take them out the shop and mail them?

I'm not really sure how it all works so it may be a dumb idea :P

Just sharing a discovery. So I know there aren't a lot of vet 15 & 16 members in the guild but for those there are listen up... or read up even.
Many people have been saying don't bother wasting your v15 & 16 mats on v15 armour, save them for v16. Well I've just done some research and the armour difference between v14 and v15 is almost DOUBLE! It's by far the biggest armour increase jump between levels in the game.
So I would advise not to hoard them and get craftin yourselves v15 sets.

Sorry Kay, if it's any consolation you don't get much experience from the non-trait white items.

Ref the guild store as monk says you need 50 people and then you get a guild store to sell between guild members (each person can have up to 30 listings at a time), it costs 1% of the value you're selling at to list something and the listing lasts 30 days, if it's not sold in that time it gets mailed back to you, if it sells then 7% of the sale value goes to the guild bank as a selling fee and the person selling gets the rest. You can blind bid each week on a trader if you want to and if you win then anyone can buy from the guild store at the trader (so they're not really separate though if you don't bid on a trader then only guild members can use it - traders in prime locations are VERY expensive). What a guild store would be used for would need proper thinking about as it could end up at odds with the ethos of crafting stuff for free. Whatever was decided to be sold if we don't have a trader my suggestion would be to sell items with a guild discount to whatever the current going rate is, any funds raised could then be used to buy items for the bank that we're short of, or if donations are keeping us self sufficient and we don't need to buy anything then maybe at the end of each month divvy out half the gold to members and keep the other half for a rainy day (either equal amounts to everyone or if that'd be too onerous due to the number of members then just use a random number generator to select a few people to share it)

Phew you put some thought in to that.
I agree in the sense that this guild is and always will be not-for-profit (unless I get deposed as guildmaster due to a rebellion in the ranks).
If we ever did use a guild store it would only be for further storage but, based on the details you provided Ant, that seems impractical so I don't see it happening.
Anyhow we still need 50 members before we should even start thinking about this. Plenty to do in the present still.

Its weird but it can be 'quick fixed' if you deposit 1 gold in the bank, (I know, it sounds odd but it works), if you go out again then it may glitch back to showing you cant deposit in which case you need to repeat above.

Another quick fix is going to another area, suffer the 20 minute load screens and then come back to the bank, or go to another bank in the area you are jumping to (saves you having to wait for the long load times..)

I'll try to get into Guild Chat for a bit every evening (if I am at a crafting station) between doing Trials, Dungeons or beating back the Blues and Reds in PVP..(yes, I have noticed some of you have enemy characters.. )

That way I can take orders 'on the phone'.. Its all very well posting in here but as already shown, things are duplicated, not sure if there is another method we could use...

For now I am trying spread the word amongst my guilds so there may be a few more requests appearing..

Though being on guild chat is the simplest and quickest way of doing requests, I agree.

@Eyecon74 @CravenWaffles as you guys are the only Vet AD members in the guild (I think), are you up for doing Craglorn with me sometime?

Fixes I've found to work for me with depositing/withdrawing from guild bank is to go through a loading screen (outlaws refuge is usually easiest for me) or if you're a member of more than one guild switch between the guilds and change if you're on the deposit or withdrawal screens. That 2nd method seems to work for me about 95% of the time so I rarely have to go off somewhere else any more

@TheHereticMonk Yea, I am up for some Craglorn, I have only done a few of the quests in there, most groups I run with are either not that bothered or they have already done them and don't want to repeat them.. Just shout or drop me a message, I am usually on from about 18:00 till midnight, weekends a bit more..

I think I ran past you last night in Craglorn, would have stopped to chat but was summoned to White Gold Tower which took us well over 3 gruelling hours to complete.. (and still only got junk from the Chest.. but managed to pick up Bogdans Shoulder piece from the non Vet Pledge which took me 10 mins...lol)

@Eyecon74 probably was me as I was there last night. Cool. I've only done one or two quests too. Done zero vet pledges and dungeons and only the first 2 group dungeons in each alliance. So I'm well up for any dungeon crawls or craglorn quests.

If you only have 1 guild, while in the bank screen, switch to the opposite of what you want to do and back out. Chat to the banker again then switch to what you want and it should pop up. So, you want to deposit and it won't show up, switch to withdrawal and exit the bank, access the banker again, switch from withdrawal to deposit and it should show...works for me at least.

Yeah I'm down, usually best to zip me a message on XBL (I have smart glass on my phone--best way to reach me with requests)...I can give you an ETA of when I'll be on or I may already be on..just tooling around. My earliest availability during the week is 10pm UK time and whenever on the weekends.

My post about VR15 armour being miles better than VR14 armour was complete and utter twaddle. Just gone to make some and discovered it. The site I used to look up armour values lied to me!

Wish I hadn't cashed in all my TV stones for armour silk now. Woulda been happy to save them and farm in Orsinium instead

Awww. I've been fine with VR14 in VR16 dungeons so far (VR16 accessories though..willpower on healer--glyphs 2x spellpower 1x reduction...endurance on tank). Do I want all VR16 gear? You betcha! Do I feel squishy or can't complete Vet content without it..certainly not. You can do wonders with a set and group that compliment your playstyle..and plenty of skills unlocked so you can swap them as needed. Group dynamic is HUGE!!! Just one example-When I was VR5, I ran with 2 VR14s and 1 VR16 (dungeon at VR5)..could not complete it (2 dps, 1 dps/off-heal, 1 healer)...ran the same dungeon..same level with a VR3, a VR6 and a VR14 (1 dps, 1 dk tanky dps, 1 off-heal/dps, 1 healer)...didn't wipe once..we had a good dynamic and communication...if someone was low on stamina/magicka, getting overwhelmed, or went down they said so and another either picked up that role, tossed out a 'buff', tried to take aggro off them, called out if they were going to rez. So, your level and armor level are important..not saying they don't come into play, but all legendary VR16 gear won't make you untouchable or so OP you can solo the bosses...this will sound lame like some peppy poster with a kitten on it, but a team that works well together will!

Nah, I jest. It's more because I solo mostly that I need every advantage I can get. Even though it's not the boost I wanted my new armour does look sick as.

My only underleveled part now is jewlery as I like the soulshine set so I'm still running around with low vet level jewlery because I've not found soulshine or something as good at +VR14 yet.

Talking of jewlery, does anyone have epic (purple) rings and necklace I can borrow. Only want them just to pop on and off to get the epic attire acheivement. Never come across purple accesories yet.

Don't mail them yet if you do have bits I can borrow as I might have to get pieces off multiple people so I'd rather get them all together so I can get them back to the senders asap.

Nuuuuu, not soulshine ;p We need to get you into some dungeons so you can get the willpower set. Pretty sure they drop in the normal versions as well, so if we run those at VR16..you'll still have a chance. Have some guildies that like to set the Undaunted Vet dungeons to VR1 for quick key runs...I had an agility accessory drop..VR1..I cried.

Don't think I've come across that set. I avoid build guides as I like the joy of messing around and discovering stuff myself or from mates. My build probably could be significantly tweaked. Especially my champion points.
Problem is there's only a few ADs in the guild. One of the main reasons I'm looking forward to orsinium and the x-alliance grouping so much. Be nice to finish off the non vet group dungeons and get those missing skill points.

So yeah will defo group up when we're both on. Later tonight might work if you and anyone else is about.

It's not really a build so much as the new item sets that were introduced when IC hit, they are epic (purple) quality and scale to VR16..they are 3 item bonus sets vs the 5 items for most so, you can easily run them as accessories and whatever armor/weapons you like. They drop as weapons/shields and accessories only. They didn't give too many alternative sets for VR16 accessories with IC, so, these are probably the most sought after...new..shiny..powerful..the usual new gear slap in your face if you spent a lot of time gearing up your VR14 stuff.
Willpower set: enchantment (you can change this) magic recovery, 3 possible traits (arcane-max magic, robust-max stamina, healthy-max health)-2 items add magic, 3 items add spell damage
Agility set: enchantment (you can change this) stamina recovery, 3 possible traits (arcane-max magic, robust-max stamina, healthy-max health)-2 items add stamina, 3 items add weapon damage
Endurance set: enchantment (you can change this) health recovery, 3 possible traits (arcane-max magic, robust-max stamina, healthy-max health)-2 items add health, 3 items add stamina recovery
Even if you aren't into the sets, you could sell the accessories for a ton at a trader (the weapons not so much)...the willpower arcane trait rings are often listed at 50k each (I've seen them as low as 20k--those sell fast though)..the agility ones are all over the price range...seen some at 100k per robust trait ring. Endurance is not as sought after as it's not a DPS set.

Heads up, when Orsinium hits, your champion points will be reset..so, you can mess around with your allocation.

Hi guys if possible I'd like to place an order for some shiney new gear, it's a bit of a big order so if it's too much please just say.(I'm almost lvl 46 and as I posted the other day I need to start gaining medium skill)

So,lvl 46 Hundings rage set - medium - Breton: Shoulders, waist, legs, hand, feet with training trait if possible if don't have training then reinforced/divines is good too. Could they be upgraded to fine quality too please if not too much hassle.

Also I don't have enough traits on greatsword (my backup weapon) so could I get a lvl 46 nights mother greatsword with precise trait in redgaurd style - I can upgrade this to fine myself.

I can make the chest,helm and daggers myself so no need to worry about those.

I don't have the leather I'm afraid as I donate all my leather straight into the bank when I get it. I can and will however donate all the trait gems/ingots to the guild bank or player that makes the items - please state your preference.

If possible could I get the best enchant enchants for level 46 gear (I think it might be strong but I could be wrong) so 7 Stamina and 3 fire damage.

Thank you very much and again if this is all too much then please say but I'm planning on this being the last gear upgrade until I reach vet1
